Add in the remaining syrup of dried scallops and dried sea shrimps. Cover up the wok and braise for 2 minutes. 6. Add in the sauce and fry until it becomes thick. 7. Add in the green onion (in lengths), fry well. 8. Turn off fire. 9. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.
