Music:
I’m Mexican and Native American! I know several Mexicans married to Hmong women. Many other Mexicans also married to Cambodian or Lao ladies! I’ve always had many southeast Asian friends. Asians are good and hard working people! Much love to all Asians! From central California!!
Am Hispanic American or Mexican but never had a relationship ever and probably never will (28)
@@unisangalaxystudio sorry to hear that bro. Why not? There are many nice ladies around the world. If you can’t find one in the US, then try Thailand, Philippines, Mexico, Colombia or another country. Women there are much more traditional.
@user-hm5rs7wn5v I only ever ask out 2 people in my life time 1st was in 2015 in college she was from Kyoto but got rejected on the spot after that I just focused on school never look back pandemic came and more problems and lost my career path and am in my mid life crisis, 2nd person was Filipina, we became good friends but it just didn't work out. That rejection hurted more to the point am done looking I rather get my life together or try to. That rejection was from 2 months ago
@@unisangalaxystudio really bro? I dated two Japanese girls in college, both international students. Both actually talked to me first. Odd. I also don’t think I’m very good looking, maybe average. But try Southeast Asia or Hispanic American countries. Women are way easier to talk to there. I bet you can do much better.
@@unisangalaxystudio I’d suggest, first get some stability in your life. Get a good job or career, build yourself up, then you can try looking for a good , traditional woman abroad. But build yourself up. Meditate, eat healthy, exercise, and don’t waste your seed! Work hard on your career path and you’ll do fine. 🙏 🐍

Happy Hmong New Year. Always make good videos about Hmong and other ethnic groups in Laos. Mena is always fun to watch and she makes the video even better.
Do you know Todd, although I saw this from your live broadcast, I can never get enough of the Hmong New Year celebrations. The colour, the vibrancy, the variations in costume, the bull fights, the ball tossing game, the spinning tops, the clubs, side shows etc. all go to make this one of the most spectacular festivals in the world! Neenee and Mina look the part and merge in well with the festivities. as with most big events, however, it does come with a huge amount of litter, which I guess is inevitable. This celebration combines both the modern and the traditional worlds and appeals to both young and old alike. Thank you so much for sharing Todd. God bless you all 🙂❤🙏
Neenee and Mina look so pretty in Hmong dress. What about you, Todd? Get with the program...LOL! Maybe next year. Another great video, love all the shots and bull fighting commentary.
Lot of beautiful people. Thank you for a great video.
I really enjoyed all the "Still Photography" you added at the end. Truly, a nice touch... ✌
Thank you 😉
Very true. The black and white photos seem to give a different feel to the people and events.
That was a cool shot of the baby laughing at Jeremy.
So much beauty all in one place. Amazing. Thank you for sharing your travels.
Love Laos and the Lao people.
Cracking video mate 💥🤙🏽🙏🏽
Another great feature on the culture over there. Your ladies both looking great in their outfits.
🤗🙏🏼!🇬🇧
Loved it! Very colorful, beautiful people in their getups. Thank you.
Have a wonderful weekend.
The little Hmong kids are so precious
What an episode 😮, that was so good to see all the culture together, the stills are pretty amazing 👍 love it!
Great video. Made me feel like I was there. Love the queen song in the party tent.
The clothing, the fun and the traditions are so inviting and welcoming. Always, doing a great work with the video. Not to mention , the gorgeous women. Great drone shots. All the best.
Todd 🙏🙏 Jim and Harriet

Thank you Jens 😊
Great video, thank you very much. 👍
Fascinating and excellent coverage🎉
My wife and I went to the Hmong New Year festival in Fresno about 20 years ago. We both just watched this video and the memories flooded back. The girls dressed up, the ball tossing, sticky rice with grilled sausage and chicken for lunch. The only thing missing was the bull fight. Great job.
it was greate video thank you very much my friend . I really liked it . USA .
Todd, you always amuse me. Was that Laovis I saw out of the corner of my eye? Gold!! I'm hoping to visit sometime in the later year. Another great Laos spectacular. All stunning in their own way. ❤🎉❤

Neenee looks so pretty in Hmong dress. The Hmong are killin it! 👍🏻
Happy everyone was having fun.
Lol, that was hilarious @24:50! “Viking Hmong!” Many of us live in Minnesota USA so that does kind of make sense.🤣

Neenee and baby girl looks soooo pretty in their Hmong outfits. Your daughter wears her pink sash around the waist very well, not all people know how to put it on properly.
Crickey there was some real good sorts there!
Thanks!
Thanks champ.. Legend 💪
🙏
Thanks for that.
Hmong girls in there costumes remind me of the "Leg-Lamp" from the movie "Christmas Story". 😀
That was a great video !! I really am motivated to get back to Lao again !! Nee Nee and Mina look lovely, and all the beautiful stunning costumes !! And nice to see the cultural mish mash of cis and trans girls all looking happy and enjoying themselves !! Fab video !!! ❤💯💢
This must be back in January tho right? Ua Tsaug for the tour of xieng khouang new year 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Yes it is! 👌
Hmong ladies in Los Angeles right here.. ❤! But, really? Is this a thing? Wow. I love the remix of the intro song btw. Well done.
Yes, apparently so. Many Hmong Americans travel here each year for exactly that.
Don't shoot the messenger 😉
Todd - so - I see that the men have some native clothes, you should get all decked out 😁❤️
- it’s crazy how big it is from the drone shots 👍
wow the hmong so pretty
I'm definitely going next yr
Hey brother! Seeing beautiful Hmong women dancing to Queen ,,did something to my brain! 😬🥺😱🤯,,so ,so , so many beauties. Makes a person think about polygamy 😂😅. Is it legal in Lao? Neenee and Mina looked gorgeous . The variety of outfits would fill volumes. You're absolutely correct about that black outfit,,stunningly beautiful. This vid did my heart right up! Have they created an English/Lao language app yet? I'd have to talk only to Lao American or Lao Australian women in the flirtfest. What a fun day! Hey brother,,you know better than to get between my niece and sweet stuff!😂😅 take care,,Ttyl,,,Marlon
15:00 looks like there's a lot more people than last year. 😮
I thought so too mate
Good to see no litter on the ground…but, what an amazing event
Todd, great video.
Do you know roughly how many people there were there?
Very hard to get any real attendance estimates on most events in Laos as it is free entry. Any number would be a guesstimate..
What is the music at the outro end part? Thanks
Love ya work mate!
Wow! Tent club DJ rocks 😁
Haha yeah.. he was going off! 😆👍
🙏Anyone knows the name of the song at the end of this video clip, please reply. Thank you🙏

Great video and very interesting but look at all the plastic waste, are there no bins!!!
what beautiful dress all in one place! A little slice of heaven you are one lucky man :)
Awesome sea of soectactular color with the outfits and umbrellas. Incredible mix and blend of outfits covered so aptly by you Todd. Thanks a million mate so entertaining. Do you know the name etc of the kast music you used ..it's one I remember hearing there. Bushyboy Oz.
Is this going on now? Or was it back from Jan?
January. At the start of the video I show the date 👌
@@NowinLao thanks, I must of missed the date.
😊😊👍
Can't believe how much rubbish there was on the ground.
But looked stunning ❤❤❤
Nee Nee, you and your daughter looked very beautiful in Mong cloths. You should buy a set of Mong man cloth for your husband to wear and you guys should be looking very good.
Some very pretty outfits, liked the ladies in purple at about 4:12... what a pig sty the grounds there... I see a little of that here in Minnesota at the state fair, but there are trash cans set up all over so most will use them... what a shame..... The missus and little one looked nice in their outfits. Red/MN ... peace
Be careful what you wish for my friend
Hi Todd some day find the way come visit America , come visit Lao and Hmong community in USA , specially come to see Lao New Year festival parade at Wat Lao Saginaw ,Texas they held on Late May month every year . Visit Lao and Hmong community through out USA for Lao people majority they live in California , Texas ,Louisiana , Tennessee for Hmong people majority live California , Minnesota , Wisconsin and Oklahoma , also Lao and Hmong people live in every state , even in Alaska and Hawaii
Great Video - But I'm looking carefully for my first GARBAGE CAN - LOL
❤❤❤❤😮😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Great video of the celebration. Too many beautiful ladies. I can only look. Well past my prime, mate. Any one of them could put me under.😂 NeeNee and Mina both look stunning in their costumes. I’m glad you all had a great time. Stay healthy and safe, always. Cheers mate.
I was in Phonsavan wrong time of year, missed all this, just incredible, the costumes, the beautiful women, beer Lao! the colours! Just love this video.
Neenee and Mina look very nice in the Hmong costumes! How old do Hmong girls have to be to marry? How do you distinguish between the single and married women? Is it permissible for Hmong women to marry foreigners? Do they speak English? Is there a prescribed traditional courtship period? Big event, good turnout! Bigger mess for the cleanup crew! Hahahahahaha! Is there wagering on the Buffalo fights? Great fun, really enjoyed this video!
age = legal age per that country's law
single and married = just ask them
permissible = all depends on the parents and the girl
English = not really because Lao education isn't that good and most Hmong girls aren't highly educated
courtship period = back in the good old days, a guy can either date a girl and then ask her to marry him or he can "kidnapped" the girl without dating and sent a message to the family and then they'd do the wedding ceremony a few days later. nowadays, most Hmong lookdown on "kidnapping" and they'll use the law against the guy that did it
there's a bride price when you marry a Hmong girl, no more than $5,000USD
I thought hmong laos new year dont happened until December?
That's right.. sometimes January like it was this year 👍
Those female outfits remind me of the movie big trouble in little china.
Great video, those outfits are amazing especially on the pretty young ladies. Makes me wish I had travelled to Laos way back when I was younger, better looking and could easily catch a ball. Do you think they would let me use some wicket keeper gloves? 😂😂 Hey just a quick question but I've noticed that although she is still learning English that Mina always refers to herself in the third person which seems a little odd?
Omg I’m so glad you recorded this, mate. ❤ this show a lot of our people and I have never been to any other countries besides Australia and mate, there’s so many bloody Roos here! It’s worst than our deer road kills back home in minnesota.
Oh by the way, I’m hmong but American since I was born and lived in America most of my life. Currently and been living in Australia for the past 4years+, plus my partner is Aussie. Lol funny thing but you and my partner actually looks a lot alike. 😂
Sounds like your partners a good sort mate.. 😆👍
Glad you enjoyed the video. Thank you!
You really need to get here for a new year sometime.. seriously! 👌
You mentioned a dating app or something what is it called? Is only Hmong ladies?
The Ball Toss 😉
I would be in that party tent all day and night 🍺🍺🍷🥃🍹🍸 😄
I looked online for Hmong new year info in Seattle Washington, and it seems to be late in the year here with events happening in November and December. When is Hmong new year celebrated there in Phonsavon?
You should travel to Fresno (in Dec) and Sacramento (in Nov) for their new year celebration. Also Wisconsin and Minnesota (unsure what months) for theirs. Those are the bigger events, but Fresno has always been the biggest Hmong New Year celebration for as long as I've been alive.
I need me at least two or three Hmong wifey 😂
I heard there’s no more New Year at this place
How are all these people wearing jackets and coats? Isn't it cooking?
It's January 😉
It's a Jugglers Paradise
It could have been better if we could hear some stories about the origin of the festival, the tradition and the clothes.
We could have been shown the foods and drinks. This video looks pretty "empty". I literally learnt nothing 😞
cov kwv tij hmoob nyob los tsuas nej tej khib nyuab ntau hwv lawm os sawv daws pab nqa nej cov khib nyuab mus tso rau ntawm qhov chaw pov khib nyuab mas nej thiaj yuav tau zoo lub npe os hmoob nplog aw !
I needs me a wife…make that two!😂
Always wondered how the ladies coped with the heat my partner said it can be brutal
I just hope local authorities can provide a much better place than this dusty field !!! Better walk ways and plants lots of trees as well !!
Many beautiful women! I'm subscribed to for Riel
@@paulducharme4237 Lovely couple! 👍
bruh, why do you have to title your video like that 😅😂🤣🤣🤣
are you trying to get Hmong OG and others in trouble 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hahaha come on man.. you guys can get into enough trouble without my help 😆👍
Don't confuse, Hmong culture is very strict. They only break the norm to marry an outsider, which is not the right idea.
I missed all this and the pi mai festival, too hot for me to handle. Will be back soon. How does Claire and Jeremy like Lao? The cost of living is cheaper than Cambodia. The local people are more nicer. That's my feeling, didn't like Cambodia, sorry.
Sorry to have to say this, but Laos really need good music. In every of their festivals, gatherings, weddings, parties etc.,, their music are sucks. Except for the real tradition ones.
Shame Laos hasn't yet embraced the wheely Bins. Trash laying around everywhere.( as it was highlighted in Vang Vieng ) Mind you,I have travelled extensively in Vietnam and Cambodia, and same same. The Laos women are very attractive. Kenno
I don't know which had more pretty women. This place or that one market where Nene asked you about all the pretty women there. But you said you had not noticed any. lol.
She's there to find a young husband
those party and beer girl are NO GOOD WIFE in laos
I’m going to have to respectfully disagree with the title of this post.
You mean there's a better place?
Well done!
All is well and traditional except that horrible music...😢😢😢😢... how can they stand it??
