twon g I maxed mine out at 85mph now there may be some people who made there's faster but I'm telling u how fast mine got to safely without it messing up

I've got a 150cc hornet it'll start up and run fine. after it gets warmed up though, the idle goes from about 1700 or 1800rpm, to around 1000 and will stay there till it dies or I have to keep giving it steady fuel via throutle. I have a feeling it's got something to do with that water vapor container. I don't think I can fix it by adjusting the idle mixture since it runs where it should for a while. any advice is appreciated. Also do you have a video of how you rerouted the fuel lines on your old bike?
Sam hey, first for your bike dying out try adjusting the idle screw a little too help it stay idle and play around with the air mix screw close it all the way then turn it 1 full turn then a half and then start it and keep doing half turns until you hear abd it stay idle try that first before messing with idle screw abd for the fuel I didn't have that white cup thing I just have a big peacock for mine I but to route it goes like this, hose from gas tank to inlet on peacock it will show little arrow on your peacock, out top hose goes to carb, lower hose from peacock goes to intake
Law Lee alright thanks for the help I'm gonna take a crack at it today and see what I can get done. I'm am wondering how I'm gonna get the brass cap off that covers the idea mixture screw.
Hey you can try and adjust the idle screw up a little more. You kinda have to play around with the fuel&air mixer screw and the idle screw to get the right combo but try that idle screw first.
I had to replace the carb on mine early on because the idle speed screw is pretty much non-existent and it was idling at 4000 rpm! I had to drill out a plug because it covered due to that stupid California emissions thing before I could mess with the A/F screw just to keep it running. I didn't feel like replacing the whole carb so I had a mechanic do it. I feel like these bikes like to have a high RPM idle. right now I have mine set at about 1500 rpm idle but it fluctuates between 1250 and 2,500. I think I probably have an air or vac leak somewhere. If it goes below 1250 it'll die on me. These Chinese things can be a pain in her weary you just have to mess with them. - Shannon in Miami
There is a diagram online to show where the oil enters and exits the oil cooler , where the hose line up and everything, there are 2 holes on the oil cooler drain plug and it will tell you which hose hooks up to what
Draco Law I understand that part where does it go? The lil radiator goes in the front of the bike got that now hoses run into the other part that comes with the kit got that but what and where do I unbolt and bolt on!
@@dragon60651 would love a link to a digital speedometer that fits this thing both my fuel sensor and speedometer don't work so I'm relying on GPS and math know when to fuel up LOL
Fierro Rodriguez that means your brakes are constantly imgaged check the little switches underNeath the handle bars that the brake levers hit every time you squeeze the brakes might have to replace
There no governor on this bike, your going to have to tweek the gears and get a performance cdi and a few other things if you want this bike to go faster. There is no small change like trying to remove a governor going to do it. Tweeking the roller weights or variator or clutch n springs inside the CVT will alter the speed and performance too its trial and error you gotta go through
Law Lee like the upgrades your doing with the 150cc...I have one also..I'm in Alanta..hopefully this summer il be able to make some changes also...a bigger tire for the back.

If you talking about the white cup thing, I totally eliminated it off the bike and it ran better without it

Upgrading to the 190cc how much top end did you get with these upgrades, I had got 65 best on mine would like to be that range without being tact out

The train why.... you don't drill holes n the tank because gas do leak n not to mention if u look at the top of your tank there are vents there

I know it don't have the screw so I did like some wire pliers or something but be careful got to put it back together
