Can someone help me understand RDS F1+2? it says it has a punch parry, but it feels like it never procs the actual parry itself, and i find this move of hers useless. Do i have to find a setup to use it?
It's all in the timing. It's a very short window, similar to UB/DB1+2. A setup I've seen Mr. Croft use before is Phoenix 1,4 into Raindance F1+2. That string leaves you minus 9 and the F1+2 parry starts frame 1.

I does, but I think it only works if you're within a certain range and the opponent doesn't tech.
