I’ve never grown garlic before, might have to give it a try! So glad you liked the hat! I thought it was super cute!
I love it!
I love the new hat from Becky. Isla is so adorable. Thanks for sharing. 🥰👍
Never planted garlic.
❤
Your garden hat has character. There will come a year that it is honestly falling apart and you will miss it with a kiss of the 5 stages of grief.
I'm going to try garlic in the Fall. Thanks for the inspiration
You're welcome!
My grandma use to use pantyhose to keep onions. 1 in the toe, tie another one..tie, and so on. She always hung them on the walls of the steps heading to the basement.
That's clever!
We pulled all the onions and garlic a few days ago and they have been drying. I’m going to try braiding them, I’ve never done it before, so who knows how it will turn out. I converted an old changing table to a drying rack by removing the solid shelves with wire mesh shelving. It works fairly well.
That's a great use for the old changing table!
Question, what variety of garlic did you plant? I'd like to plant some this Fall. Thank you for the braiding tip.
To be honest, I bought garlic at Walmart from the grocery section and plopped that in the ground!
@@TealHouseFarm Awesome! I wondered if I could do that. I'm going to give it a try this Fall. Thanks Laura, have a wonderful day!
