- Glitter Heart Template Tumbler made using double sided tape, I will be redoing this one very soon... ya know doing it right....
I will not be attacked over whose design this is when I looked on etsy this was the only one of this exact set that came up. if you have links to others feel free to put that in the comment section but saying I am crediting the wrong person or insinuating I did something wrong is NOT OK I linked the template I purchased period.

It's actually fairly simple, a painted base and a better adhesive sheet would have made a world of difference! And glittering darkest to light I do know better!

What adhesive do you use?
@@RaesTurquoiseTurtle I just had a look, the one I put my hand on was xpress it double sided adhesive sheets. I would have got it on Amazon. I do have another brand somewhere and I think it’s Elizabeth Craft? I know that one was on Amazon
Yes the Elizabeth craft is fantastic and always out of stock! I've always used the smaller sheets of that for other projects!

Base coat the tumbler at least the lightest color and glitter darkest to light! Those were my two takeaways from this one!
Looks great!...a trick I learned is always put your dark glitter first ....and if you put you glitter in a small Dixie cup you have better control...
Oh I 100% know to do it darkest to lightest 🤣 I just lost my head a little bit here. I do a blocks one tomorrow the correct way!

I'm not sure I think it's just bad adhesive I bought it ages ago and since then it's gotten several bad reviews
I like it - it is pretty - looks hard to do - but you made it look easy - I think I might mess up with pulling up the wrong part of the tape cover lol
On a more complex pattern I would definitely mark every single spot before starting.
I like this idea. I was looking for the double stick paper that you used in your list below. Was not sure which one it was. I saw the printable vinyl. Could you please list the name on Amazon that you got the paper. Your cup is beautiful I like it. Thanks for your help and making the video. It is a cool idea.
I intentionally didn't share this particular adhesive paper sheets because it's really not great!

Have you tried glittering the adhesive first before putting it on the tumbler and if so which do find easier to do? I’m a beginner. TIA
I find putting the adhesive on vinyl then glittering then applying to the tumbler easiest! I've done a few more that way after this video! I'm never quite perfect with these 🩵

What settings did you use on the Cameo to cut this template? Your cup came out beautiful! I think I need one for a 20 oz straight tumbler
I have a cricut I did several small test cuts to find the right setting for this brand.
what did you cut on Cricut I've tried several and I can't get the cuts just right. Cuts to deep or not enough.
I test cut several times and sound on my air 2 the paper - (or paper less) setting worked best for me

Love it! What setting are using to cut the double sided paper?
I test cut until I found the right setting which on mine is the paper less setting on the cricut explore 2 its the setting right above custom on the dial but it might not work the same on every machine

What setting did you use to cut the template? When I cut on mine it keeps cutting all the way through
I have a cricut air 2 I cut it at paper minus (-) but I did several test cuts until I got it right.... to test I make 1/4 or 1/2 inch stars and put that inside a just slightly bigger square and weed the square around the star until I find the right setting

I only buy the green ones period so I can't help there.... I just keep a rotation of those at various levels of stickiness...

Yes cricut can cut the correct size for these and draw a test sheet using a pen.
This isn’t the original Heart template. The original was created and listed on Etsy months prior to this.
