You know how cool Billy Idol is???? My Pop's heard of and likes Billy Idol!!!! That's how cool, especially, when you can't along with your Pop on anything else!!!!😆😳👍🤘🤘🤘
Adam Ant - Anger Inc. - the most pop punk sings about Hell's Angels and Jack Kerouac. Idol and Ant are tied together in my music memory, sorry. One of my top ten favorite songs of all time is by AA - Miss Thing. Sadly, there don't seem to be any decent quality recordings of the song (now that I'm not blasting it from blown out cheap speakers in the back shelf of a '64 Ford Fairlane 500 Sports Coupe on a no-name cassette deck from Pep Boys, it kinda matters) that I can find at least.
What a great album with some absolutely iconic songs. Steve Stevens and Billy make a stellar songwriting team, and Stevens' guitar work elevates everything to another level. The "sex attack" line is cringe for sure, but it somehow fits the straight-forward message.
"Hanging out at the Body Shop at night.."
Body Shop was a club on sunset. It closed by the time i was old enough to go

Note: Stevie Stevens actually plays all the keyboardy synth work...on Guitar...he's that good!!!!👍🤘🤘🤘
Heh, reminds me of high school. Chorus pedals, Yamaha synths, digitally enhanced snare drums plus whip cracks and snarls!
Idol rules.
Saw Billy with the wife in 2015. Still got it!
