It's almost scaring for me to watch you pick mushrooms, cook and eat them, but I know you must know mushrooms really well. Your videos are an inspiration to me as I am very interested in self-sufficiency and I dream of such life you are living now. I am living myself in Finland currently - and especially on winter the enviroment is harsh and cold which makes the outdoor survival hard challenge - of course summers might be warm, but finnish summers are relatively short , only a few months. Anyway, I think I have not seen anyone using a cord so diverse ways in building a shelter, it's inspiring - using of cord so diversely really had not come to my mind on building a shelter. In your videos I am always waiting to see you cook, in addition to building things - as your cooking is very inventive and so unique compared to so many other bushcraft channels as far as I think. I was amazed also that you found flowers as ingredients for tea from the nature :O , I have never seen anyone doing that. I just found your channel a few days ago and subscribed today. And ! I also love the calming effect of the nature, peaceful living in the woods, the sounds of streams, birds and other animals - your relaxed and happy state of mind transfers here to the other side of the display and makes me relax too . I will watch every single video you have posted. You are truly an inspiration to me
Glad that you didn't let the bottom area go to waste by putting the swing there. It would be a good spot for your gear or a rack for a second person to sleep with an extension to the head and foot. Would have liked to seen some rain to show off the roof's protection.

Mad skills and great designs BUT harvesting the poles alone would take a day: they are all the same length and trimmed...stuff like that is not just laying around on the forest floor. I would like to see you picking the trees out and cutting them down, even for a brief moment. No one, and I come a family of tree fallers in British Columbia, can just eyeball a cut to the correct length without a measuring tape or using a pole as a template. Lots of fancy editing and camera work.
Your videos are great! They make people want to go out into nature and try these things! It's much more satisfying than video games and cell phones!
