I love the music of my Heroes. My Maternal Grandmother was a Polish Christian Holocaust Survivor. I wouldn't have my life without the Greatest Generation ❤️ ❤❤
I agree 100%. I was born in 1960, and thanks to my father, I grew up listening to Tommy Dorsey, Glenn Miller, Artie Shaw, etc. He used to play their records on weekends during the morning. Wonderful memories!
How nostalgic! I remember back then that we were content with little. We went to bars with friends, met some beauty and took her dancing! True, there was the Great Depression, the stock market down, problems with the health system, some racists on the streets, winds of change towards an uncertain future. I have to say that after almost a hundred years, things haven't changed much. But I can still wear a smocking in style!
Thank You. This brings back many memories. My Father used to listen to these old 78 records. He was a Merchant Seaman, wore the same crew cut all his life. I was a long hair. One day I come home, my Eagles album was missing along with Neil Diamonds Hot August Night, and Eric Clapton's debut album. I go to the living room, and the old boy is stretched out in the recliner, rum and coke in hand, digging my albums. My friends and I would listen to his big band records, and really got into guys like Bennie Goodman, Lester Lanin, Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Cab Callaway. The old boy took my youngest brother to his first concert, Kiss and Judas Priest. He really enjoyed Glenn Tipton and K.K. Downing's guitar work. Music transcends the generations.
🥰This comment just fills me with the most heartwarming feeling EVER!🥰 Oh my, you truly are lucky to have such parents and witnessed them dancing and skate to THIS kind of music. Me and my grandpa shared the love for jazz together, so I can only IMAGINE what it must have been like to have two *parents* living with this music! Thank you for sharing and brightening my day! 💜🌤
This is truly wonderful. Pre & post war with all the history attached to it. It is a vote of confidence in my grandma & grandad who successfully provided for their family during these difficult times. Also my mum & auntie who lived through it & how the experiences made them strong & resilient. Thank you God for my family. 🩷
Don't worry and trust me...we will have it once again...for example...Indian valley civilization, mayan civilization, Mesopotamia civilization, chinese civilization etc these all reached at peak and then to downfall ...once again humans had to begin at afresh its culture etc stuff next to so called bullshit modernity and wars and reconstruction and post modern era now...😂...look and think profoundly....what next?? Obviously....disasters (covid) or wars (ww3)??😂😂..then beginning of new era ....again....either on this planet or elsewhere???😂
I Like these Sound of music much💕I remember my Mama & Papa is there in Heaven to dance in Disco or Provinces Disco long time ago and now I'm Dance it to make Exercise to move my body alone 'cause I'm Sinior Citizen now... More Thank's 🙏💕♥️🥰
These old melodies really brought me back to the nostalgic period of the 1930s-1950s. Thank you for creating such a nostalgic and meaningful musical space!
I was born in the wrong time. Being young I enjoy this music and old radio shows. I can't stand music about sex and drugs and TV shows of nothing but murders and radio that plays nothing but 70's drug music i.e. Eric Clayton's cocaine. Thank God we have this music for our sanity
I am delighted with this music! As, actually, from the picture - it reminds me Vivien Leigh. The melody is very positive, fast, but not too much, it helped me finish the script on time.
Music from our grandparents, I think, is cheerful and energetic. It transports me to New Orleans. Not because I've never been to New Orleans. 👏👏👍Hahaha😂😅🤣🤪
Amo a cultura vintage, a estética, as músicas, tento ao máximo trazer esses elementos para a minha realidade. Claro que também gosto da tecnologia que temos hoje
I was born 40 years after WWII began, but absolutely love the 30’s/40s era. The music, the hair, the clothes, the make up….all so much better than today…as was my poor England. Give me the nightly bombing over the ghastly illegal invasions happening daily, and anti-British dictatorship we have now.
*May this joyful swing jazz lift your spirit and fill your day with energy and gratitude. As the rhythms of the past dance through our hearts, may we find peace in the present moment, embracing the blessings of a new morning with open arms. Wishing everyone a day full of love, light, and harmony.*

Play the song you like while having the Shazam app open on your phone. It identifies songs and artists, but it might not have as much older music in its database.
If this music doesn't make your foot start tapping the floor you have no feeling!

No auto tune, no mixer boards, no track editing, just excellent musicians doing excellent work.
LOL, you know your way around music for sure, Steve!
Just AI-generated music 👌🏻
It's freaking AI music, you smart brain!
this is ai-generated music. this is horrible.

Back then Americans took pride in the way they dressed.
and now.. so many women dress like street whores out in public. Males busy showing their back side..and underwear. DisGUSTING. Sickening to my eyes.
