Praise Dee and Coach doing this. The amount of patience that they have to be doing this is insane. When I saw how people weren't listening, I already knew how it was going to end.
They didn’t organize the event correctly but blame the community for being exactly what we love in our superstars. Blaming the youth when adult organizers took the easy route… and I reached out to assist in a huge fan. I’m also a Que and we had 50+ events( probably why it was hard to find a good venue) but they didn’t execute. Not enough fencing and definitely not enough security. If CMPD knew they’d never let it happen it’s 1 cop per 100 people and they $50 an hour 😂. And ain’t no way they would’ve been available in such short notice I do this in real life… for the community too launching my own nonprofit currently. I would’ve loved to help as many would in Charlotte but like many people in “community work” they want to do it their way when theirs a proper way of doing things. It’s tough… but to blame the community as the organizers is a slap in the face to the people you want to help…. When it was 5-10 kids wrong out of 1000. Preaching listen when most of them are… over 100 kids have shot people in Charlotte this year… over 500 of those people they shot were kids… this the community you dealing with and they underestimated how much those same kids YEARN for an opportunity. Our upward mobility is 50th out of the top 50 cities. Y’all have no clue what’s going on and y’all also just made it that much harder for organizers in Charlotte to do things…. Trust me I know how cmpd works cause I do things the way that every other city does them… with order. And I would love to help if they ever brought it back cause you have to understand the dynamics on another level to really do this “community work” “philanthropy” that I see these 1-1s as. They aren’t doing it as a legitimate business… or else it wouldn’t have gone the way it did because like I said… they would’ve made them get fire medic cmpd more securit more fencing safety plans noise ordinances and they would’ve never approved that number of people in THAT park… that area… you know a few blocks away was on gangland fr 😂 I knew as soon as I heard and reached out but they too big for lil ol me to reach them 🤷🏽♂️. I love the community work though as someone who also strives to be great in that space and truly help people have a real opportunity at something.

Dude is unreal ... Ain't gonna lie first route I seen him get tossed outta bounds in WV I thought he was gonna be a scrub ... Dude proved me and I'm sure a lotta people wrong. He's the PERFECT example of how Dee's videos help these kids. Fred wouldn't have gotten the love and exposure he obviously deserves if it weren't for this, and he's now on A LOT more school's radars than he otherwise would have. Just needs to bulk up and use his hands on the line, but dude runs demon routes and obviously the hands are sick. You don't need to be the fastest guy out there to be really good, just look at Chris Carter or Larry Fitzgerald. Two of the GOATS and they had no speed, but their hands were among the best ever and they could run routes with the best of em. Fred reminds me of Keenan Allen.

Great power comes great responsability Dee awakened the scene for real, all the love and passion is awesome to see on video but i think is time to rent a place and have the best of the city to show up once the number is matched though luck for who doesnt make the cut. As a former coach, I've been watching these videos as game tape. The defense always has a more difficult job than the offense for the simple fact that they have to guess what's going to happen, then physically perform to prevent against it from happening. In the case of these 1-on-1s, a lot of the receivers make three and four moves on a route, something they wouldn't be able to do in a game, b/c they just wouldn't have enough time. This puts the DBs at even more of a disadvantage, b/c even if they're able to cover the first two moves effectively, it might be the third that gets them. I think that to make things fairer, the receivers and the QB/coaches should have to work out an assigned route prior to the play, a legitimate route that could be run in a game, so the DBs are on more of an even playing field w/ the receivers.
Love the energy you guys bring to our communities. Praying that the young ones that follow you wake up and walk away from the violence and everything that ruins our streets and take advantage of these opportunities. And for those setting the example, thank you!

This is extremely embarrassing, Every single one of you that was apart of the disorder. I hope you watching this video and being like damn. I really was apart of the problem. I think in the future these have to be ticketed events. Like extremely cheap tickets but also having the event at places with bleachers or seats. Just getting too dangerous, I would hate for someone to end up killed at one of these. I feel like if that happens the aurora of this type of video/event would be done with. Also this just shows how much people don't respect what Deestroying is doing. I basically see no one else doing stuff like this. I really enjoy these videos. I physically can't play and never will be able to. But its nice to see people finally having a chance to show what they got in front of thousands if not millions of people. I was embarrassed too, people was acting like they didn't have ears. They said "hey if you guys can get right we will start it back up" and people ran ON TO the field to wait for it to start. I walked up to people and said hey they aren't going to come back if you standing on the field and literally everyone just looked at me like I was speaking another language. I was dumbfounded at the level of ignorance in my city!

It's a damn shame that people can't listen when brothers are trying to do something positive for their community. That level of ignorance is one of the main things holding us down. They need to do it right the next time… because they spinning the narrative towards the community when they barely organized the event. They weren’t held to the standard black organizers are in Charlotte. Sad cause I threw a festival last month and had to get the sherrifs and the police and medics and fire out 😂 you can’t just do things the way you want to in Charlotte for a reason. They are less than philanthropist for doing things the way they want to. Also… Omega Psi Phi had our conclave in Charlotte same weekend and WE SHUT DOWN THE CITY 💯 with over 50 events all day everyday Wednesday to Wednesday and with many many acts of philanthropy. I’m a huge fan though of these guys but as an organizer myself this one is definitely on y’all. And it’s sad y’all spinning it towards the kids instead of taking accountability

Sadly you're going to have to start charging for entry even if it's like $5 people will respect the facility since they will not want to be kicked out since they spent money on it. These events keep on getting more dangerous as well it seems and just would suck if something happened while you're filming and it ends up falling on you. Hopefully there is some infrastructure to come soon with these videos because they are my favorite! But seems like the out of control is starting to happen too frequently.
The idea is right, just about the execution. With a little more planning, security and gates, im sure you could turn this 1v1 show into a legit business. I know with the connections you got that the standouts definitely draw some attention from college coaches for sure, but I know Charlotte is a learning opportunity and I’m hella excited to see what y’all got coming up next
Probably an insurance nightmare to monetise, imagine all the liability with the injuries that can happen. On top of that they'd be skirting a fine line trying to keep the soul in it if they organised all the chaos and craziness out of it. The Vegas video felt kinda soulless with all those barriers. People just need to stop getting carried away, tbh the track record is pretty good considering how little organisation is involved.
@@Tammc09 Yeah this. The reason it's popular is because it's so raw, there's minimal production and you see the reactions and the crowd hype makes these videos what they are. You take that away with barriers and tighter security and it quickly becomes a watered down combine for HS/College athletes. Plus as you said he's done this in so many states and areas now and the amount that have to be shut down because of rowdiness is very small.

I went to the event but Charlotte is definitely the best city to go but It wasn’t planned properly he could’ve gone to multiple really good highschool fields in the area but choose some random ass field. They also didn’t have the barriers setup they just started putting them up at the end and it was too late. But besides that we definitely have to be more controlled

Man it’s a shame to have literally 10,000 dollars on the line for kids to get to run some ones like WHAT! It might not be as easy to do it on a high school field because u might need approval to be on school property hosting a big event like this. Dee had the event at Olympic HS, but changed it 🤷🏾♂️

12:10 The reason why a fight first broke out was because someone's chain got snatched. After the event got shut down, the guy being held back by security and his buddies were trying to find the person who he originally fought, but the person who he fought was already gone by that time.

They didn’t organize the event correctly but blame the community for being exactly what we love in our superstars. Blaming the youth when adult organizers took the easy route… and I reached out to assist in a huge fan. I’m also a Que and we had 50+ events( probably why it was hard to find a good venue) but they didn’t execute. Not enough fencing and definitely not enough security. If CMPD knew they’d never let it happen it’s 1 cop per 100 people and they $50 an hour 😂. And ain’t no way they would’ve been available in such short notice I do this in real life… for the community too launching my own nonprofit currently. I would’ve loved to help as many would in Charlotte but like many people in “community work” they want to do it their way when theirs a proper way of doing things. It’s tough… but to blame the community as the organizers is a slap in the face to the people you want to help…. When it was 5-10 kids wrong out of 1000. Preaching listen when most of them are… over 100 kids have shot people in Charlotte this year… over 500 of those people they shot were kids… this the community you dealing with and they underestimated how much those same kids YEARN for an opportunity. Our upward mobility is 50th out of the top 50 cities. Y’all have no clue what’s going on and y’all also just made it that much harder for organizers in Charlotte to do things…. Trust me I know how cmpd works cause I do things the way that every other city does them… with order. And I would love to help if they ever brought it back cause you have to understand the dynamics on another level to really do this “community work” “philanthropy” that I see these 1-1s as. They aren’t doing it as a legitimate business… or else it wouldn’t have gone the way it did because like I said… they would’ve made them get fire medic cmpd more securit more fencing safety plans noise ordinances and they would’ve never approved that number of people in THAT park… that area… you know a few blocks away was on gangland fr 😂 I knew as soon as I heard and reached out but they too big for lil ol me to reach them 🤷🏽♂️. I love the community work though as someone who also strives to be great in that space and truly help people have a real opportunity at something.

Dude is unreal ... Ain't gonna lie first route I seen him get tossed outta bounds in WV I thought he was gonna be a scrub ... Dude proved me and I'm sure a lotta people wrong. He's the PERFECT example of how Dee's videos help these kids. Fred wouldn't have gotten the love and exposure he obviously deserves if it weren't for this, and he's now on A LOT more school's radars than he otherwise would have. Just needs to bulk up and use his hands on the line, but dude runs demon routes and obviously the hands are sick. You don't need to be the fastest guy out there to be really good, just look at Chris Carter or Larry Fitzgerald. Two of the GOATS and they had no speed, but their hands were among the best ever and they could run routes with the best of em. Fred reminds me of Keenan Allen.

As a former coach, I've been watching these videos as game tape. The defense always has a more difficult job than the offense for the simple fact that they have to guess what's going to happen, then physically perform to prevent against it from happening. In the case of these 1-on-1s, a lot of the receivers make three and four moves on a route, something they wouldn't be able to do in a game, b/c they just wouldn't have enough time. This puts the DBs at even more of a disadvantage, b/c even if they're able to cover the first two moves effectively, it might be the third that gets them. I think that to make things fairer, the receivers and the QB/coaches should have to work out an assigned route prior to the play, a legitimate route that could be run in a game, so the DBs are on more of an even playing field w/ the receivers.

This is extremely embarrassing, Every single one of you that was apart of the disorder. I hope you watching this video and being like damn. I really was apart of the problem. I think in the future these have to be ticketed events. Like extremely cheap tickets but also having the event at places with bleachers or seats. Just getting too dangerous, I would hate for someone to end up killed at one of these. I feel like if that happens the aurora of this type of video/event would be done with. I was embarrassed too, people was acting like they didn't have ears. They said "hey if you guys can get right we will start it back up" and people ran ON TO the field to wait for it to start. I walked up to people and said hey they aren't going to come back if you standing on the field and literally everyone just looked at me like I was speaking another language. I was dumbfounded at the level of ignorance in my city!
Everyone is a clout chaser, everyone wants to make it about them even though they aren't playing. So they rush the field at every opportunity with their phone out to blast out to their 7 followers on tik tok

They need even more preparation now because they are Getting to Big. They need to threat it like a Real Business find better field and Charge people 1 to 5 $ so people know its serious and need to follow rules. They Need to Show a Really strong Structure to these event and enforce it . Black people are really passionate and go hard about their sports , but are never the real beneficiaries because the structure sadly is never own by them.

Sad cause I threw a festival last month and had to get the sherrifs and the police and medics and fire out 😂 you can’t just do things the way you want to in Charlotte for a reason. They are less than philanthropist for doing things the way they want to. Also… Omega Psi Phi had our conclave in Charlotte same weekend and WE SHUT DOWN THE CITY 💯 with over 50 events all day everyday Wednesday to Wednesday and with many many acts of philanthropy. I’m a huge fan though of these guys but as an organizer myself this one is definitely on y’all. And it’s sad y’all spinning it towards the kids instead of taking accountability

Sadly you're going to have to start charging for entry even if it's like $5 people will respect the facility since they will not want to be kicked out since they spent money on it. These events keep on getting more dangerous as well it seems and just would suck if something happened while you're filming and it ends up falling on you. Hopefully there is some infrastructure to come soon with these videos because they are my favorite! But seems like the out of control is starting to happen too frequently.

You take that away with barriers and tighter security and it quickly becomes a watered down combine for HS/College athletes. Plus as you said he's done this in so many states and areas now and the amount that have to be shut down because of rowdiness is very small.

Hopefully he does it like he did Florida. Go elsewhere and come back to a nearby city. A few weeks after Miami he came to nearby Ft Lauderdale. Hopefully when he comes back he goes to one of those NC cities you named.
I went to the event but Charlotte is definitely the best city to go but It wasn’t planned properly he could’ve gone to multiple really good highschool fields in the area but choose some random ass field. They also didn’t have the barriers setup they just started putting them up at the end and it was too late. But besides that we definitely have to be more controlled

I really don’t understand how they just haven’t done it in a HS stadium yet. Spectators in the stands. Players only on the field. Solves things from getting shut down and keeps everything organized.
It might not be as easy to do it on a high school field because u might need approval to be on school property hosting a big event like this. Dee had the event at Olympic HS, but changed it 🤷🏾♂️

The reason why a fight first broke out was because someone's chain got snatched. After the event got shut down, the guy being held back by security and his buddies were trying to find the person who he originally fought, but the person who he fought was already gone by that time.
Crazy thing is I went to school wit dude in the beater being held back and he always been a hothead not to say he didn’t have reason here but it’s crazy that he the one who shut it down basically
