I make it a rule to avoid cycling above 40C so there were a few days I skipped in Douz - thanks to the hospitality of the bike house there - where temperatures were reaching 40C by late morning. But generally mid to high thirties through July which was manageable. Where possible sitting out the hottest part of the day
I love when you visit the ruins in your travels. I often wonder when you come upon the mosaics if you ever see duplicates. I would imagine though that each of them are unique. Glad you have a place to stay while in Tunis. Thanks for taking us along while you toured through Tunisia. 😊🚴🏼♀️❤️

Each one has been different to my eye. Though some original artefacts are taken to the Bardot museum in Tunis, and replica left behind in situ
