اطہر من اللہ صاحب کا ایک کارنامہ یہ بھی ہے کہ شوکت عزیز صدیقی کے معزول ہونے کے بعد فیض حمید کی خواہش کی تکمیل کے لئے لمبی لمبی تاریخیں ڈال کر الیکشن تک جیل میں رکھا اور بعد میں اتنا طویل فیصلہ دیا کہ اگر ثاقب نثار ضمانت منسوخ کرنا چاہے تو جواز پیدا ہوسکے۔اسے کہتے ہیں دانشمندی کہ سانپ بھی مر جاۓ اور لاٹھی بھی نہ ٹوٹے۔

IF criminals are not treated as BLUE EYED and awarded due punishment instead of their ACQUITTALS ' interalia' by extending the BENEFITS of DOUBT [ the benefit of doubt at most can be used for the purpose of awarding less punishment instead of the acquittals of ciminals] then, the cases of police MUQABALAY- COUNTERPARTS and MISSING PERSINS, IF ANY, may be ended or minimised. In judiciary there are highly qualified people who know constitution and fundamental rights of people but in military establishment the people are not promoted on the basis of qualification! Hardly few military personnel read and that's why they don't learn from history. Every military ruler thinks he can change Pakistan. Military ruler may be honest and have good intentions but they are devoid of capabilities when it comes to running country. Unfortunately it seems very incompetent people have been given very important positions where they can show muscle but can't make best decisions
