I don't know what it is about watching your videos but they make me want to do my stretching exercises. Which is great because my sports trainer/massager has given me a bunch of functional exercises to do to help me regain the ability to walk. The other thing I am doing is using fasting and careful refeeding to drop excess fat. Last month I dropped about 20Kg and hopefully I will drop another 20kg over 6 weeks or so. Obviously I will drop less each time but hopefully in the next 6 months, I can drop another 60kg and get to a weight where normal exercise becomes rarional

Hello Dr. Doug, I know it's been a while since I posted a comment. I've just been dealing with life, although I just got some interesting news about my genetics and my Autism. I think I mentioned that I was Autistic to you, but I'm not sure. Anyway, they told me I have SetD5 related syndrome, and I am 1 of a total of 21 in the world with this. Very rare indeed. There is mutation on that gene, and it's de novo or new, so neither of my parents passed it down to me. Supposedly, that gene controls other genes and tells them what to do, so its pretty important. Autism or intellectual disability is seen in most of the 20 others, among other things. They say if you know one Autistic person, then you know one Autistic person, well I am in a select group of 21. It was quite a shock to learn this. I have been in a research study for a few years, and it's the largest one in the world devoted to Autism. It's being done through the University of Miami, and it's called Spark for Autism. I don't really think I mentioned it to you before. Just thought to give you an update on what's going on with me. I am still seeing the husband and wife chiropractors. I go once a week for my spinal adjustment and might be due for a CFR treatment soon.
