We were so blessed to have Pee-Wee in our lives as long as we did.
Long live Pee-Wee and RIP you wonderful legend
I love how every few years Pee Wee just pops back into the scene out of nowhere.
Yes except this was 10 years ago
Same with Richard Simmons
All he has to do is be seen a the theatre again
He posts all the time on Facebook. Love it
I've been rocking mushrooms for mental health. I strongly recommend pee wees playhouse. It's amazing lol except the rainy episode where the secret episode is help. Weird vibes on that one
I don't really laugh at a lot of things the way he made me laugh.
You were amazing. Rest well, Paul.
What's amazing is how childish this humor is yet how much it still makes me laugh. I watched Pee-Wee as a kid, and now as an adult I realize there's something about his comedic timing that makes such childish gags funny.
What I find insane is his humor was a LOT more adult before he became as popular as he did in the past. It was still peewees playhouse but there were gags like there was a female character who wore short skirts and peewee and Lawrence Fishburnes characters would strap mirrors to their shoes and try to look up her skirt when she wasn't looking directly at them.
I think the show was on HBO during that time.

I'm with ya
I’m 64 and have tears rolling down my cheeks!!😂
Thank you for all the laughs, Pee-wee. You will be greatly missed. 😔
Made me laugh so hard. He brought the kid back in me. His little laugh at the end made me laugh even more.
Paul, thank you for bringing joy to my childhood. Rest in peace.
'Gotta love the inner kid, joy, wonder, trickery and brilliant creativity that Paul brings. Thanks so much Conan.
Hi
That has to be the best talk show entrance ever.
It's one of for sure!! Here's Zach Galifinakis' entrance on the same show lol ua-cam.com/video/-35ymz6ZZLM/v-deo.html
Chris Farley's entrance on the Letterman Show is the best I've ever seen. Go check it out.
Imagine bringing a balloon and a dollar keychain to a talk show and that’s your whole act. Damn he’s good
Brilliant and who does that today ? This special humor is a lost art age a dying breed. Things do come in cycles but I think
It will be a long time Before we see something like this again. Probably never in my generation. The art is appreciated. It takes a special type of person and talent to pull off what Paul Reuben’s did . I don’t see it happening.
It was the second balloon that had me crying
RIP PEEWEE! You will be missed! Thanks for all the laughs!
This is pure serotonin. He had both of them AND me ROLLING with just a balloon. Incredible.
Hes a master at trolling in the nicest way possible, thats art.
THIS. DUDE. DOES. NOT. AGE! I'm 40 and used to watch him when I was a kid.
You age less when you have fun and act like a kid when possible
"Hamburger man!" HaHaHa
That a air piece btw.
@@daviclar867 are you the guy from the hamburger train?
Yes. He does age. I can see it in his face. It's like Jim Carrey in the Dumb and Dumber sequel. He looks so old in it.
I was just thinking, Pee-wee was pretty funny when I was a kid, but his comedy probably doesn’t have the same effect now. I was dead wrong 😂 I couldn’t stop laughing. His timing and style will always be fantastic
see? )
Funny enough, PeeWee was not intended for children. It was a comedy show Paul did in “alt” clubs. It was intended to be subversive and sort of an “anti” kids show. PeeWee is just a hilarious character and really let’s Paul play around.
@@SteveC86 true. Not enough people know this.
I haven’t laughed this hard in awhile. I just pulled out the movie on dvd that I’ve had for years and years. I know what I’m watching tomorrow 🤣
Here's what I have to say
That balloon gag had my crying I was laughing so hard...😂😂😂
@@cooperlevine5899 Oh man, that is sad I grew up watching pee wee's playhouse as a child...
This loss hits different. He was a BIG piece of my childhood and freak out as an adult when I would see him show up just like he did here. Rest easy, Paul. Thanks for everything. ❤
An uncompromising, genuine, kind, comedic trailblazer. R.I.P.eeWee
I love when people do not hesitate to make an ass of themselves to make others laugh thier guts out...
Yeah. I'm one of those people. If I think of something that'll make anyone around me laugh I'm immediately on board, rarely considering the potential consequences. 😂
My favorite was when I was on a crowded train. A bunch of police boarded to look for someone and I immediately threw me hands in the air and yelled "DON'T SHOOT!!!! I'M WHITE!!!!!!" Everyone but the cops almost died laughing. Luckily, I wasn't shot. 😌

I grew up watching pee wee and laughing my butt off. I'm a 34 year old man now and that is hands down the hardest I've ever laughed at someone deflating a balloon. I'm by myself too. Can't wait for his new show.
I'm 33 and to this day Pee-Wee's Big Adventure is still one of my favorite movies of all time. Classic 80's comedy at it's craziest lol.
Everyone I know has a big but.
😂😂😂 the ballon 😭😭😭
pee wee will live forever… my inner child will always love you 🥰
thank you Paul Reubens 🤍🕊️
You’ll be forever missed. RIP PEE WEE HERMAN!!! 😢❤
I like how they interviewed him in-character. Night shows need to do that more often, I think.
Right! Some of the most memorable interviews I can think of like that were of Ron Burgundy and Borat in character 👍🏻
That’s easy, all they have to do is hold a microphone to the ground!
He always makes me smile and laugh, no matter what. Paul Reubens is so creative lol.
Good gosh he looks EXACTLY the same as when I was a teen. Love Pee Wee!
That entrance was original af
I wonder if that was Pee-Wee's idea or Conan's idea? 🤔

Paul never got old. RIP man!
I was lucky to grow up in the 80s and 90s. Peewee is to this day absolutely hilarious. Rest easy Paul.
that's so sad he seemed like such a kind spirit. Rest in piece paul, there will be a cure for cancer someday. We all have to keep our heads forward and be happy for the generations who will have it ❤

Such a comedic genius. He will be missed
Anyone who was born in the early 80’s loved him. This was our childhood
He was SO funny. Never phoned it in, he was always on. A bright light has been snuffed in our realm.
He is a master of comedic timing
Pee Wee's Playhouse had so much going on, and on all kinds of levels. No wonder it was, and is, so popular. When I was a wee lad I flippin' loved it, watched it all the time.
The childlike joy of Pee Wee was just so welcome. He could be creepy, but man, he was stupendous. We need silly.
RIP Paul… you were such a huge part of my childhood and I’m sure informed my sense of humor for life.
Miss you.
Thank You Paul You always made us laugh. In a World that can be so dark you brought us light . You will be missed ❤

RIP Paul Reubens, legendary comedian. From a Gen Xer that grew up with Pee Wee's Playhouse, thanks for the memories. Rest well, sir.
As I kid, I never watched Pee-Wee Herman because I just thought he was dumb and annoying. Now, as an adult, I get it! That was the whole point and I actually kind of dig it! I'm also recognizing how 'uptight' I was as a child.

Wow, he has so much energy and joy and brilliance! I loved how he had such control over the balloon that he could masterfully produce a diversity of sounds. Also loved how he pulled out a second balloon just to annoy Conan! :-D

Paul Reubens, the actor known for playing Pee-wee Herman, has died. The beloved comedic actor died on Sunday, July 30, at the age of 70 after a private battle with cancer. Reubens’ death was announced on the Pee-wee Herman Instagram account on Monday, July 31.

The younger, even more child-like, Mr. Bean.
You forgot "funny." The only funny thing Rowan did was Black Adder. Mr. Bean was a cheap rip off of silent film stars.
