They got my side by side legal and it was the simplest process I could imagine. Didn't even have to go to the dmv. GOD's work? That's a powerful statement. You should be aware that the Roxor has none of the safety equipment required of cars manufactured in the USA over the last 40 years.
I personally can vouch for dirt legal because I paid to have my 2020 CRF450R street legal and it took a month to receive my plates in the mail and I shipped all the info on March 2 2021 and I received my plates today April 10 2021 so dirt legal is true to there word and service I recommend them for dirt bikes to be legal and I live in California

It works I used dirt legal for my krx I live in Ga and you can’t tag a atv because it’s considered off road use only I was nervous about using dirt legal thinking it was a scam but I used them they keep us up to date on everything over the weeks it took to complete the process after bout 1100 miles I finally got pulled over in downtown town dalton cop was saying it’s against the law he didn’t care about the tag it’s Georgia and it’s against the law I reminded him of reciprocity agreement and told him your saying it’s a atv but what does registration say it is reclassified from off road to quad cycle and after bout 30 min of siting parked on the side of the road he came back and said I want give you any more grief your free to go

Just because a vehicle is registered legally in another state doesn't mean it can be driven in your home state. Most states reciprocity agreements only apply to vehicles that could also be registered legally in your home state. You can still get pulled over and have the vehicle towed.
Please reference a specific statute and we will be happy to look into it. Police can pull you over (or even tow your vehicle) for any reason, whether it's lawful or not, unfortunately.

We can register it out of state for you, but you won't want to transfer it to your state since they could turn it back into an offroad vehicle.

Hello I am interesting in getting my dirt bike street legal in California , but what happens after the 20 day grace period California has for out of state plates. Can you turn in the out of state plates and get CA plates?
You cannot get a CA plate in most cases, however the 20-day rule only applies if the vehicle is registered in your name, so for that reason we recommend to register the vehicle into a business name such as an LLC, this way you cannot be hassled, although from our experience, CA has not been enforcing this rule on dirt bikes.

For California - it's technically illegal to have the vehicle with an out of state license plate if you live there so what do you do? Also - when the registration expires what do you do? Have to go back through you guys to renew it again?
That rule exists in most states, however, it is rarely enforced. We can register the vehicle under an LLC that we create for you for this reason. If the vehicle is owned by a business, it circumvents that rule. You can renew the plate online through our website or by mailing a check to the DMV.

What would my ATV be registered as? Would a class D driver's license work? Would I need to follow my state's laws for the DOT required mods to my ATV or do I follow the state's laws that the ATV will be registered in?
The ATV would be registered as a Motorcycle, on your drivers license you would need to also have an motorcycle endorsement. Most states have a general DOT compliance of the ATVs needing to have the following; headlight, tail light, turn signals , mirrors and DOT compliant tires. My question is this. AZ has an Offhighway vehicle program where one can register their atv/utv with all the required equipment + insurance policy but they way I understand it is that they cant use it on the freeways (legally),

If you have the ability to get a license plate from your home state, that would be the best method. The only benefit of a non AZ plate could be that you wouldn't need any types of inspections which some counties in AZ require.

As long as the VIN report is clean we can title and register it for on-road use with just the bill of sale.

@@TopshelfJunior The C or 3 is just one of the many things that it can't have. The other is a title that doesn't say OHV or off-road only. Your title most likely has some typing of note on it saying its not road or highway legal, which essentially means off-road only, but some states still allow you to register it even with that note on the title. That's where we can assist.
Im thinking about getting a mavic x3 legalized for florida how much will it cost to do so overall, in terms of parts, etc... also how long will it take?
Expect to pay around $1500 - $2,000 for parts, and $500 - $1295 for the plate depending on if you paid tax or not. It will take 2-8 weeks depending on if you are financing or not.

If your bike is paid off, you'll want to register it through our Montana OHV registration service. This way you won't have to worry about transferring the title back to Ohio.

New Jersey would likely turn it back into an offroad vehicle if you transfer it to their state. You should have no issues using the out of state plates, especially if we register them in Montana.
