I really don't like massive houses but what I love about the Kramers' house is its location. They live in the hills of Antipolo just outside Metro Manila and this gives them an incredible view of the metropolis! I bet it's even more awesome at night. (I think you can see Antipolo from your balcony)

Usually filipinos have two kitchen.
1 kitchen at the back were they could cook oily, big meets and daily cooking.
The clean kitchen for light cooking.

That's in Antipolo. I like that they provided decent, even beautiful rooms for their household staff, that's for the nannies (yaya) driver, cleaners, etc.

Mabobored parin po kayo kasi ako po na bored ang laki po ng house namin tas 4 lang po kami.. andyan na lahat pagkain. Games may theater...iba parin po pag kasama mo mga friends mo gf or bf at my night out party kayo.....kakasawa din po kahit may internet. Netflix kahit po my pc gaming po still nakaka bored parin po.. pero tiis stay home kesa mahawa or makahawa po..

Most Filipino houses have "Dirty Kitchens" But it's considered as their Main kitchen. Filipinos loves to cook. It's a huge house, I love Kraemer so cute family.

I guess this place is in Antipolo. Beautifully built huge house, the color is one of my favorite in a house very clean looking and minimalistic. Here in Marbella I can see a few of new and modern houses now that looks quite a bit similar in color but mostly are in bright colors specially white. The old Spanish rustic design is gone. Great reaction video and looking forward for the continuation of this beautiful video.👌👌👌

Their house is in the Antipolo area, (so yes somewhere out there in your view of the mountains 😁) it actually took about 2 or 3 years for their new home to be completed.

Kramer is a famous basketball player earning millions. The wife, Cheska was a famous young actress, model, doing adverts until now, but she quit all these and became a full time mother and homemaker. This couple are so family oriented and put their family first, inspite of being famous celebrities. They are also into vlogs and lots of followers love them.

Most Filipino homes (middle class and up) would often have the pretty "facade" kitchen and the "dirty kitchen". Sometimes the dirty kitchen would even be outside the house. We'd only use the pretty kitchen for special occasions, and we use the dirty kitchen on a daily basis. :)

They live in Rizal Province. Not entirely sure if they're in Antipolo, San Mateo, or Tanay as all of these towns/cities in Rizal have great views of Manila and Nature of course.

You have to watch the part 2. Basketball is a small thing. Their bedroom andnkids bedroom ate crazy! The walk in closet omg, its like you've entered in a mall and they have a Cinema! They inspire a lot of people to dream and btw the location I believe is sonewhere in Antipolo.
You guys can have a dream house of your own soon..both of you are hardworking and having so much fun doing it. Anything can be accomplished in the Philippines..you will learn the language soon, know and embrace the culture, work on being a permanent resident of the country, and with your knowledge start a business and I guarantee it..3 to 5 years you will be successful as you are now and will attain a dream house and life living in the country which you guys embraced so much. Just guessing, I think that house is somewhere in Tagaytay. Filipino time is originally "Spanish time". Filipinos during the Spanish era usually wake up early and did their jobs early. It's the Spaniards who were always late in events, gatherings, or any occasions. We probably adopted this negative trait. But Filipinos don't do this all the time. We also find it not very nice being late at school, work, or in very important events.

Dirty kitchen in a Filipino house is where the daily cooking is done. It's called dirty kitchen because historically it is outside or in a separate structure, very basic without finishes, i.e. crude. It was used to cook with open fire (wood) which Filipinos love to do. My grandmother's dirty kitchen actually had a clay open fire stove with three small pits which was common. The indoor kitchen used to be just for show and doesn't get much use (only during bad weather). Kramer's dirty kitchen of course is not usual.

If you are a foreigner, you'll be amazed how cheaper the houses in the Philippines are or how cheaper it is to build a house in the Philippines compared to those in Western countries. I bought a house in Canada
which is worth CAD1.2M Lot Area 4,500 sq.ft and floor area 3,500 sq.ft. In the Philippines for that cost of $1.2M, I can buy or build 3-4 similar houses already. A lot of expats retire in the Philippines. They sell their properties abroad and then buy a house a decent house in the Philippines and still have change to buy cars, a farm, hire helpers, etc from the sale of their houses in their home countries. This is exactly what I'm gonna do in my retirement, sell
my house in Canada, then build a big house in the Philippines and still have three quarters of the sale for other things (cars, a farm
may be, a small business etc). A pension of $1,000-$2,000/month in the Philippines would be more than enough to live a good life in the Philippines.
