It is a mini amusement center. The cinema room is like a mini theatre with lots of speakers. I can just imagine how poweeful the cinema audio would be. Their terrace where they could eat and relax is one of a kind in its purpose. Not everyone has the same purpose of having meals in that! The basement is cool. Not everyone has it. The master's restroom with two separate bowls is a huge wow! The walk-in closet of Cheska is like a section in a department store. I've seen videos of celebrities showing their closets. This one is so far the biggest and the most unique closet. My oh my...it is really really a more than amazing house. A perspective that has been thought of and planned for years.
I can say, Once a Millionaire always a Millionaire. This family very honest and working hard just to reach their dream in the future. So perfect and complete. Everything you need off is in there. Kudos... Kreamer Family so Fantastic.

I still Remember Doug was a basketball stud in the university of Ateneo and Cheska having her showbiz/modeling/host careerand also was a student in Ateneo in the early mid/late 2000s. Doug became of solid pro for almost 15 yrs. They have come a long way. The house was amazing.

Yes, you're right it could be the best house in the Philippines. Maybe there are bigger ones but this one is well built and customized to the highest stardard with personal touch on it. If you have the money and full of great ideas you can create a complete house that you can't have from your old house. Overlooking Metro Manila from the balcony means this house could be in Antipolo, Rizal. They all can go into self-quarantine in different rooms, including the nannies! If I had a house as big as that, one-third of the space would be for my doggies and kitties.
You have not seen yet that they have talking controlled system to turn on there lights. I dunno what it called but they just have to mentioned the name and what to do and the lights will on/off and other stuffs. So nice!😊

Team Kramer's house is palatial, fit for a king and queen and their prince and princesses. It is complete. If you want to exercise, there is the gym; if you want to see a movie, there is the home theater; if your children want to play slide and plastic balls, there is the playground; if the weather is hot and you want to cool, there is the swimming pool; if you want to see the sunrise, sunset, lots of greenery and Makati Skyline, there is the viewdeck; if you are hungry and want to eat, there is the kitchen and dining area that is almost like a restaurant; if you are tired and want to get a good rest, there is the master's bedroom, etc.
