    I just started working graveyard shift and all my coworkers are over weight. I'm afraid its going to affect my health and gain weight 😱

    I am proof. You can. I work night shifts. Been working nights for three years. It’s all about whether you find the time or if you’re just gonna be a lazy ass after or before work. I find it best to workout after work and on my days off I workout twice. Once in morning on empty stomach and once in evening after my last meal(not RIGHT after lol). Find it works for me very well. I feel fantastic.

    I'm doing night shift for the past 5 years and I hit the gym right after my shift at 6:30 a.m. I workout for almost an hour and half without any tiredness or feeling sleepy and more fun part is I can even push a fair amount of weights without getting tired. I've been doing this for the past 2 years, following a strict low carb diet also, taking whey and creatine. I really appreciate this vdo sir, keep up your good work.

      shefy m just started nigth shift first week . Get of at 6am. Wish I could do the same. Every body is different. Hope I can addapt the first 6 months.

    I'm so switching shifts back to day time , finally identified why my weight gain has gotten so stubborn. Thanks for info.

    ive worked nights for five years now. i love sport and exercise. but its difficult to keep up a proper routine. life style plays a big part when you an fit any exercise in. for instance before you start work would be ok. but for two reasons. even less time spent with the wife. she needs to be kept happy. and second your body never fully recovers because sleeping during the day can not always fully re charge the body. so if you do go for a work out before work, then you are tired when you get there. so you then under perform at work. i always work out in the morning after work. this means minimum disruption at home (wife is still in bed) plus you are not going home and coming back out again. often if you go home you dont want to come back out again. i can never work out after my first night back at work. it stands to reason you havent slept for maybe 24 hours. and a very tired work out does more harm than good i believe. especially if you are playing a sport. tired muscles can easily get pulled. the short answer to this question is listen to your body. and find what works for you. but dont work out if you are so tired that you feel like you are falling asleep on the equipment you are on

    Hit gym before you go work also take a caffienated pre workout drink with you it will help you stay awake through the shift. After your workout take some whey and eat some fruit ( usuallu I just eat an apple with berries) Also eat 3 meals as per usual. Good breakfast , dinner and lunch. Its just a psychological thing.

    if we start to workout before starting shift it could be feeling sleepy in middle of shift near 3 am

    thnx to dis video...now my answer to the mass is...if ur working in a bpo and also a regular gym goer...bpo shift shud b of 9 hrs....now c wen u wake-up..have it breakfast and hit the gym asap...post workout have ur apple, protein egg white whatever u prefer...and leave for your office.. divide ur 9 hrs shift into 2 half...talk ur first break within 2.5--3 hrs and eat ur tiffin(boiled chicken a small amt of rice if u prefer) and after 3hrs take u second break have some digestive biscuit with black coffee or fruit or salad..den wen ur done with ur work.. after coming home,have oats and juice protein shake and zZzZZ repeat

      idk if this applies to all but I'm a guy who's working in bpo and I initially faced a big challenge to prepare my meals...guys prepare ur meals before u go gym and office because you'll be very tired post workout and body needs rest...let ur body relax and go gym regularly

    As I am doing night shift (7pm-7am) from past two years...and yes I do not feel fit too...after my shift I feel like just sleeping...have fatty body also...and feel like I am drunk when I do something at morning/evening time.please give me some sugesstion...to be little fresh :) @Tarun

    i work 12hrs x3 a week for 10 yrs.b4 i would workout b4 work.now it is imposible to workout then work a 12hrs shift.now i workout after work with no problem.its my diet its hard to follow

    I work as concierge from 6pm to 6am. When i finish my shift go home quick shower, casein protein and the sleep until 2pm.
    After that have my eggs and oats then around 3.30pm i hit the gym til 4.30.
    Then i still got time to prepare my meals for work

      It's just a simple fact that night shifts are not what humans are made for. You can't expect to be healthy like that.

    i work 5 days 10 1/2 hour shifts. i usually power walk up and down the road when it slows down.

    My shift gets over at 4.30 am and I reach home at 5 am. Should I go for walking or jogging after my shift hours. I am a corporate trainer by profession, no physical activities but I stand in front of ppl atleast for 6 hours and i keep speaking which makes me tired but not everyday. Should I go for walk or jog which would be better

    I have a working shift from 3am to 12 am. Can you suggest a good workout plan time. I have a tendency to loose muscle mass if I don't work out. I'm just 21

    hello very informative I work 6p.m to 6a.m also I'm on a rotation so In a 2 week period I work 7days and I work out like you said before I'm suppose to be at my job and I'm full of energy until about 3a.m plus it's a factory where I'm constantly moving but I I'm getting stronger in my lifts but can't seem to put no weight on

      I work rotational schedule 6-6 as well my friend. 3500 cal minimum each night more is better from whole foods

    Hey Bro this is Taranjeet, I'm 17 and i need few tips for me or people like me. It has been a year and a half since I'm doing weight training at gym and i have lost some weight like before i was 90 and now I'm 75 it feels good. I haven't started taking and supplements am just little bit good while eating food and the rest is genetic, but the thing which is disturbing me is love handles and why am i not looking so ripped and muscular. In future I want to look like Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger so what should i do to look like Him or like you, so please answer my question sir I will be most thankful if you help me ✌️

    Thank you very much bhayya, u know what my shifts are more strange, like 3 days night then 3 days holidays then 3 days day then 3 days holidays vice versa, 12 hrs working. what cud be the best way to stay fit bhayya with this kinda timings?
