Why not look at some rock tamers on the back of the Jeep as it looks like the frame of the camper is getting chipped with rocks or stuff off the road. Maybe also try a paint coating like Raptor or whatever so that it won't chip off as easily. Here in Australia people often do huge distances on dirt/gravel roads or live in their vans year round so they have to protect them. Smashing the back windows of a tow vehicle is pretty common if you don't have some protection from rocks here. They bounce off the van and go straight back through the window.

While we really didn’t encounter any heavy bugs situations it seems to have done the trick. But I don’t feel like we have really tested it fully yet. It may be worth a try.

We love our 22 LGM, we have never used the outside TV mount. The awning is way too small, but I certainly understand why it was designed that way. I would love to remove it and replace with a Keeter rail and add an outside room like we did with our tab 320. Maybe extreme outdoors could add that product, I would certainly buy it. In a heartbeat. Love your videos.
That's a great idea. Did the outside room take up a lot of storage space when you weren't using it? Was it easy to install? I don't have any experience with this so I'd love to hear your feedback about the things that came to mind. 😁
@@RandisAdventures it was very easy to install, I did it by myself. It has a floor in it also; the 320 and 400 both have the option, there are youtube videos on how to install. I wish it was an option for our Max.
I’ve owned the Little Guy Max for almost a year and have taken seven short trips. It’s perfect for myself and three small dogs. Your videos have been very helpful, especially on winterizing and dewinterizing; thank you! I have had no major problems. The original shower head leaked, so I replaced it. Have never used the TV or radio. The toilet paper cover is useless. Storage, windows, and sturdiness of cabinetry were major considerations when I chose this model. The cabinet doors and drawers fly open when traveling; I use tension rods to help, and just installed some magnetic childproof locks. The LGM is my happy place, looking forward to more adventures!
I had this same trailer and there were many things we liked about it. Our biggest complaint concerned the extremely small tanks for fresh, grey and black water. I agree that we were very disappointed in the cheap laminate used on the kitchen counter and table. Lastly, the window blinds were very low quality and were always a nuisance.
I didn't mention the tank sizes in this video so thanks for mentioning this. I wonder if the absolutely perfect small camper exists? But I guess having the perfect camper is different for everyone! I appreciate your feedback!
