@HannahMartinRG I don't have pointe shoes yet, but getting them Nov/Dec 2021 assuming the restrictions allow us too! I'm in G4 ballet currently but when I get to G5 I get pointe shoes so I'll be 12!! So excited for the video it looks amazing (and painful!)
I wear Russian Pointe rubin after a loooong painful journey
Idk I switch them all the time 😖 haven't found the perfect match yet
I currently wear Bloch Eurostretch. Hate them
As a bendy arch girl my arch always left the shank once on Pointe lol. But recently i tried cutting the shank. It worked magic. May be you can try it with the older hard shoes see if it can salvage them 🌹
I use to do ballet I do rhythmic gymnastics now but every time I stretch at home I watch ur vids and ur such an inspiration for me 🥺❤️❤️

Why do hobbies "need" to be considered exclusive to boys or girls? Stop thinking that because you're a boy that you can't enjoy rhythmic gymnastics, dancing or even ballet. I'm a woman and I like auto mechanics. Does that make me any less a woman? No. You're a boy LOVE yourself for being male. Rhythmic gymnastics is a very physically demanding hobby. In fact, it would be considered more masculine than feminine. Enjoy your favorite hobbies and to hell with what anyone else says.
The “I’m a boy” didn’t even need to be said, anyone can do anything, it doesn’t matter how you identify
I just tried the virtisse apogee and they are so comfortable and supportive! I recommend trying some virtisse shoes for anyone struggling to find a pointe shoe that fits their feet. Their shoes are also incredibly quiet! It’s are a new company, that’s why nobody’s really heard of it yet, but their pointe shoes are the best I’ve tried on so far.
I got merlet diva’s as my first pair of pointe shoes. I love them. They really hold on to my arch but I found that the arch broke so quickly that it highkey scared me lol. But they look so pretty. Only wish they were more champagne rather than white xx

Hi Hannah, I know you quit gymnastics but I want to ask you if you can make a video tutorial for penchè turn!! I'm a gymnast and I really want to improve it... I've already seen your penchè balance tutorial and it was really helpful!! Maybe a tutorial for the turn would be really helpful too, If it's not a problem for you obviously❤️❤️

Once you know a brand and size that you have tried and know works, you can sometimes get good deals on eBay. I like Grishko Proflex 2007, but if I was going to try a new kind I'd try the Bloch stretch one, or split sole (bit controversial. Probably not allowed at Elmhurst, split sole pointe. For me, I think they could really work for my feet).

I usually wear grishko, although i find them rlly gard 2 break in sometimes❤

I were Russian Pointe Rubin’s in the really strong shank (sometimes medium when I need to work on my own strength) with the really high vamp otherwise I go too over them (I already sprained my ankle 😓).

For the Russian pointe buy the size up but use the small one for the smaller foot and the new size for the other 😂

I don’t have the best feet either and everyone else in my family does but they don’t dance either. So frustrating. But I’ve learned to love my feet. At least you have the long pretty legs!!

You could maybe do a video we’re you make one of your old point shoes nice. My teacher told me this idea because you don’t want to waste and this way you can give it as a present or hang it in your room. 🩰

Oy, as far as your brothers having better feet than you--totally get the irony! My mom was the one who did ballet in our family, and she and I have the same turnout: none. 0. She always says her best turnout happened in the rosin box. My dad, on the other hand, never did ballet a day in his life, he doesn't even DANCE for the heck of it. He didn't dance with her at their wedding, that's how much he does NOT dance! Guess which one has perfect turnout?

So first pair of Russian shoes ...simple solution. Buy two pairs one in each width you need. Mark them for the foot that needs each width. Voila! Two pairs of perfectly fitting pointe shoes no blisters.... I know pointe shoes are expensive but your feet actually have to last a lifetime if you want to walk once you’re done dancing... 🙄
