What a great idea, did u make the cake on the same day or the day before. I am thinking of doing the day before and leave in the fridge overnight. Will that be ok??
I'm so sorry for the extremely late reply! I bought the cakes already made from my local super market so that I didn't have to bake. Doing it the day before would be a great idea.

Did you melt store bought icing for waterfall affect?
Sorry for the late reply. Yes I melted it in the microwave for about 20 seconds, then I stirred it to see if it was ok to pour. I used a betty crocker icing.
