This song and it's many unique musical parts is so underrated, I feel. Really to some degree, this whole album is. As much love as I have for the previous eras, Tilian showed up at the perfect time that they hit their stride, and it truly shows with the level of both consistency and experimentation since then.
Haha i figured that outro with WIll would get catch you off guard, it did my first listen a long time ago lol. Definitely an underrated DGD song on an underrated album by them. The 2.0 release really made me appreciate all the little nuances in this album. Carve is up next and oh boy you will not be ready for this one no matter how many people comment about it lol. Be ready to be smacked in the face when you check this one out! Easily one of DGDs heaviest songs in their discography, no lyric/music video this is definitely one youll want the 2.0 version for the drums sound so much better on this song specifically and of course Tilian does too. I think ill use my one "please react to this one faster than normal" per DGD album here haha but i look forward to it whenever you get to it. Thanks as always, youre one of the best/most genuine music reactors out there and thats a great thing!
