Part 3: • Young Bleed on Boosie ...
Part 1: • Young Bleed on Baton R...
--------
Young Bleed shared insights into why he secured a deal with Priority Records instead of joining Master P's No Limit Records. Young Bleed explained that he had multiple interactions with Master P, who introduced him to various industry opportunities, but they never directly discussed signing him to No Limit. Instead, Master P facilitated Bleed's introduction to the label, leading to a six-figure deal with Priority at age 22. Young Bleed reflects on the surreal experience of receiving such a significant paycheck, which he wisely used to buy a house and ensure a stable future for his family. Despite the glamour, he also faced hardships, including an unjust arrest that saw him doing time in jail while his wife managed the new house purchase. Concluding on a positive note, Bleed credits Master P for his crucial role in jumpstarting his music career.
Young Bleed was one of the best to come out of Louisiana back then. He may not have had the longest career in the game, but he made some solid bangers while he was in it.
Keep It Real has been in my rotation for at least a decade!
Us real No Limit fans knew he did a joint deal with P and Priority records. If you know No Limit, he was never featured on any other album nor was he involved in any projects after his. Still a classic project!
yup

Da last outlaw song he made was pretty tight.
His song “give and take” harddddd as a mf better than “how ya do dat”
Raystroman4473 ikr give and take was the shit
How you do that was a timeless hit
Soon as I seen the title I sung ‘How Ya Do Dat there ‘
Shout out C loc The Big Dog
A lot of people think Bleed was signed to No Limit as an Artist when in fact He had a One Album Deal with them that was Secured by C Loc
Initially he was supposed to just have the Song for the Im Bout It Soundtrack (How Ya Do That) but that turned into him Recording his Debut Album to be Dropped on No Limit as a one time thing, some songs were recorded with No Limit but most were done with C Loc and Happy Perez which is why the First half of the Album sounds sonically different from the other but it all blends well....After the Balls and my Word Album dropped he was gone from the Tank even though he was never officially an Artist of theirs to begin with
If anyone was wondering why Bleed completely disappeared from No Limit and wasn't featured on Any Albums after " My Balls and My Word" released in January 1998 this is why.....was just a partnership/collaboration thing between C Loc and No Limit for 1997
The real question is… whose idea was it to say “make sure you throw some big tigers on that album cover”?
Facts
He is going to be sounding old as hell when he is like 70-80 years old, explaining to his grandkids that he bought a house and a couple cars with 100k lmfao

It’s just like Mystikal albums it was no limit/Jive Records
Yea, the back of the CD case had the No Limit Records logo and C-Loc Management logo on and out of the 14 tracks. Only two were produced by a member from Beats by the pound. And KLC co-produced 3 tracks. the album is good.

@nmor30 idk he racist, he just falls for stereotypes and doesn't think outside the box much
My OG
Actually Young Bleed's hit song is called "A Fool", not "How Ya Do That"
My Balls and My Word is PROBABLY the best album to come from No Limit
He never really said WHY he didn’t sign with No Limit though. I think his career would’ve went further. Either way, his career didn’t have super longevity but I think signing with No Limit at their height would’ve carried his career further.
He was already signed to C-Loc Records. It was just a partnership they did with No Limit through Priority for that one album.
Ima be as humble as possible Vlad. Majority knew it wasn’t totally no limit. If ikyk !!
its a shame that im from Louisiana and didnt know this dude..lol

Back when P was dropping something literally weekly. $15 guaranteed at least two fire beats and one posse cut w/9 people on it
1998 was the year: they was based in Baton Rouge and always getting harassed by the police here. Snoop dogg would be in the mall and no limit had a little league football team 💯💰
Hell yeah find more people from Louisiana
