Amiibo Festival was actually really good. Being able to customize your own board game town and get your favorite villagers in there is really fun and seeing all the villagers interacting during the board game was cute. It had a really charming Animal Crossing style that made it a joy to play. Possibly the only board game-based party game that didn't make me hate everyone around me, it's meant to be played to have a good time, much like every other AC game.
The problem it has was that it was way too repetitive when you compare it to something like Mario Party. You press A and wait a bit. Interesting for animal crossing fans but no so much for newcomers, really.

I liked Amiibo Festival. Not sure why it exists and I don't want to see anything like it ever again, but I liked it.
