लाल तिखट
हिरवी मिरची
कसुरी मेथी
कृती:
सर्वप्रथम प्रेशर कुकर मध्ये गरम तेलात शाही जिरे, ३-४ लवंग, दालचिनी, काळी मिरी, १ मोठी वेलची, उभे चिरलेले कांदे परतून त्यात आलं-लसणाचे वाटण, लाल तिखट, टोमॅटो तेल सुटेपर्यंत भाजून घ्यावे, नंतर मटण व मीठ घालावे आणि पुन्हा सगळे साहित्य एकत्र करून घ्यावे. अजिबात पाणी न घालता कुकरला झाकण लावून ४ शिट्या द्याव्या. मटण ८०% शिजलं की त्यात शिजवलेल्या तुरीचे वरण व गोडा मसाला घालून चांगली उकळी येऊ द्यावी. जास्त तिखट आवडत असल्यास वरून हिरव्या मिरच्या व कसुरी मेथी घालून मटण सर्व्ह करावं.

दुधात खवा, सुका मेवा आणि साखर घालून दूध उकळून आटवून घ्या. तुपामध्ये तळलेल्या ब्रेडवर आटवलेले दूध ओता आणि वरून सुक्या मेव्याने सजवा.
