- This Lipo Cell Checker has been one of the best so far. Being able to check the spektrum G2 Smart batteries for customers and all other forms of LiPo packs. It will also preform a servo test.

Handy tool. Might have to pick one up!
Nice job Tyler.
Filming and editing looking good 👌🏼
Will this show voltage on 1s lipos? Specs show for for 1s but also say input voltage starts at 5v.
Bought the XBC100 today and hooked up a 4S lipo. It says the following cell voltages: 3.776, 3.766, 3.772 and 3.755V. Put it into balance mode and the timer has been running now for more then 40 minutes but i do not see the cells getting closer together. The green light is on in the middle touch button and the timer is running. Is this normal that it takes this long to balance and that i see no change ? I do have to add that i only connected the balance lead and not the main lipo connector. Does it need to be connected also to be able to balance the cells ?
Will this work with 2S & 3S smart batteries?
Does it test NiMH battery and provides data OK or recharge, %, etc.?
Mine to.
Its sweet like a big dog.
Where is the Cell difference in mV? Every Chinachecker does Display the cell difference?
What would it cost to have someone help me through this with my xmaxx. I kept stripping servo horns so I got the dx5 rugged and I also own the spektrum battery checker as well. I adjusted my endpoints via the dx5 but now my turning radius is far too large (but at least I'm not stripping horns)
May just have to turn up the steering travel in the new radio.
Surprised that it doesn't display actual cell imbalance like other checkers
I get why this is way more convenient, but you were saying it's more convenient to just have one charger and yours is not the smart charger- if you have the g2 batteries wouldn't you need one of the smart chargers? I thought you couldn't charge them on anything else?
You can charge them unbalanced (not recommended). We do have g2 charger setup now. I use this for on the fly and in the field checking for all batteries.
@@RCMadnessHobby Thanks for the info. I just started moving over to Lipos, and I went with the G2s. In your experience how reliable have they been for people? Seems like the tradeoff is getting the added telemetry + convenience at the cost of being (mostly) locked into the 'Smart' product line + an extra potential point of failure with the chip. I saw one guy talking about how he's seen the chip go bad in the first generation line and it ends up being ok because they still had the balance plug, but the G2 doesn't. In practice do you actually see the chip go bad that often?
