Really enjoyed watching this series as I'm building my own camping trailer. You put together a quality piece of work there. The hard part is all the great ideas that pop up along the way and at some point you have to either narrow it down or just buy more trailers to modify. I may end up with a yard full of trailers before it's over 😅
Love it Dustin, but you know me, I always have an idea lol. As I was watching you build the hitch, I was thinking, it would be cool to see him put three receivers on there instead of just one. Make it more versatile. You could put your game cart on the left or right receiver and then put something else on the other side receiver to help balance the weight and would also give you additional carry on room. Idk...maybe it wouldn't work that great, but that's what I was envisioning while I was watching lol. Great job as always, be safe out there.
Absolutely a great idea , and I can hold my d ring hitch while not in use. Someday when I get to my next trailer build this will definitely be something I’m considering. I have plans on building one from scratch not sure when. Thanks for watching Tim I appreciate it 🍻
Are you still using that bike rack on your trailer? I was wondering how having that much weight cantilevered off the rear-end made the trailer handle on the highway. Seems like it would really cause it to sway.
It actually worked out effortlessly, I barely knew our bikes, let alone the trailer was back there on our last long distance overland trip into Oregon. 🍻
Nicely done!!
Your trailer build is incredible to me in how functional and practical it is! Great work man!
Thank you i really appreciate it! 🍻
Once again. This Carry on build is one of the best ones out there.👍👍👍👍 Kudos
Thank you! Now it’s time to explore 🍻
I'm currently doing a similar build since watching yours. Can't wait for nicer weather to try it out 👍👍👍
I know right , it’s been ugly here. But the forecast is looking promising! Hoping to get it out soon

I love your trailer. there is one thing that bothers me so bad. I wish your tailgate could turn into a table.
I have everything to do this modification, I should probably do it soon! Stay tuned 🍻
Maybe I missed it, but what happened to the Inspired Overland clamshell tent?
@@dquangt the tent is now on my Jeep tj 🍻
So why did you go back to this style of tent instead of the clam shell one?
Looks good dude 👍🏽 what’s up with that XJ? Do u have a separate channel for that?
Thanks buddy, and no separate channel, i will start to work on it this month, been collecting parts and I think I have them all together now! 🍻
