In the Complete Edition, that's normal. PlatinumSukamon (and PlatinumNumemon) had its stats reworked from Vanilla CS to Hacker's Memory, and the changes for Hacker's Memory were implemented in Cyber Sleuth for the Complete Edition. These changes include PlatinumSukamon having 999 DEF, but only 10 HP and 1 INT at level 1. This makes them take physical hits extremely well, but they die easily to magic attacks, even resisted ones. Also, its experience boost was nerfed. It used to share Platinum Bonus with PlatinumNumemon, but instead has Platinum Service in Complete, which is weaker than before.
This is a useful guide but its simply too grindy. I spent 1 hour and 20 mins reloading a save and didn't get one tactician usb...and i apparently need 6 of them. I decided it is probably not worth like 25 hours of my life reloading saves and i figured it would likely be faster to play the game normally. I had 10 builders digimon, and 2 developer know-how's equipped to the digifarm.
Supposedly the chance of getting a USB drop increases per developer know how you have installed, up to approximately 9% at 5 know hows. Plus the tactician ones drop in pairs so you only need to get 3 drops to get this method up and running, but I understand early game you'll only really have access to rank 2 farm island
