Do you have any suggestions my hair does not grow pass my shoulder also I am a cancer survivor any recommendations, as always your hair looks flawless, and healthy
I was once reminded that hair never stops growing (unless you have alopecia). So don’t focus growth, focus on PREVENTING BREAKAGE! Especially if you have the fine hair that grows in after hair loss from chemotherapy. Be sure to maintain moisture, PROTECT your ends, avoid heat and any other stress on the hair… even your clothes/linens that your hair may rub against. I’m sure your natural hair is beautiful so try to avoid manipulating it too much. This simple shift in focus worked very well for me! I officially got past my shoulders to my shoulder blade after about 1 year of living by this new rule. I loved to wear it straight before, but my mostly cotton wardrobe was eating up my ends every time my hair rubbed my shoulders…especially when it was dry. Pin curls are my bff now.
