Loved it. I would love to have chat with you for some deckbuilding advice, i often dont think my shaddoll deck is optimized enough and i would really enjoy exchanging some ideas with someone that plays dolls for more than an year
Couple of random questions: 1) Do levels matter when fusion summoning? I notice you were sending 2 monsters with a combined Lv of 7 to make Construct with a Lv of 8. Normally if I play a fusion deck the monsters I'm fusing are big enough that the question hasn't really come up. If not, you could run just enough Shaddoll monsters and fusion cards to hit on the opening and a full hand trap suite to double as pitch from hand/deck targets, right? 2) What is the optimal "last play" turn 1? I think it's Winda to do your special summoning then prevent your opponent from special summoning, but if there is something better I would like to hear it. 3) Does "King of the Swamp" work out of the deck/graveyard? If so, would that be the optimal pitch to be able to fuse into "literally anything in the extra deck" twice (once from the deck, once banishing from the GY with Schism) or does it just work on field or hand/field? 1) Levels don't matter unless specified on the fusion monster's requirements 2) Summoning winda last is not bad, I would recommend doing so before your 5th summon to play around nibiru though. Your last summon could be to link into gravity controller and add back a shaddoll s/t to set 3) King of the swamp could work from deck/gy but it wouldn't matter in the context of shaddolls, since the shaddoll fusion spells can only summon shaddoll monsters (which only care about attributes)

Can you explain the second effect of El shaddoll construct? If this card battles a special summoned monster destroy that monster. For example if the special summoned monster has 3000 atk it means that I lose 200 lifepoints but the monster is destroyed?
@@tcgsam Yeah I run the clown package. I run the turtle too though. If it's a brick I usually discard it with El to make a construct or super poly discard fodder.
Legit it can help for basically being free link material and getting you into a higher link like Borrelsword or Accesscode And it can fuse for you in a tight spot
@@tcgsam not that much, usually when i go for the cross sheep play, i revive a doll to link with ariel into it then summon another el construct, link both into IP and then IP and sheep into avramax

i think shaddoll is pretty good going second specially with droplets and super poly being relevant in the format again.
neither of those activate your shaddoll effects since they send for cost, and the shaddolls need to be sent via effect to proc their effects, not cost

It will destroy the monster and no damage will be taken since it applies at the start of the damage step

It's a brick, and there are better light targets like trick clown now
