Thanks for this interview . It is very encouraging information for those of us w a parent w dementia. My daddy is 86 w 2 types of dementia, vascular & Alzheimer’s ( his mother had Alzheimer’s). I try to eat right, stay at a healthy weight, do a lot of reading and studying of the Bible along w other secular books. The last one I finished recently was FLOATING IN THE DEEP END by Patti Davis, regarding her journey w her father, President Reagan, who ended up w Alzheimer’s. I could really relate to most of her experience w her dad . I am going to try to improve my sleep schedule ( right now 5 1/2-6 hrs a night, but solid sleep until alarm goes off.) Also try a few memory games. Thanks again!
Love this. Lets keep researching ways to improve all areas of our brain to keep it as healthy as possible throughout life
