Sonic CD - Beat the Game speedrun in

This can definitely go down to a 10:4x if you play like crazy and get lucky in a couple of sections, but my goal was a sub 11 IGT so I'm pretty happy with this. Time loss on Tital Tempest 3, Wacky Workbench 2, Stardust Speedway 1/3 and Metallic Madness 3.
What is IGT?
IGT stands for Ingame time. Sonic CD speedruns are timed by tallying up the time at the end of each act.
What version of Sonic CD is this?
This is the original version of Sonic CD on the Sega CD, but being played on the Mega Everdrive PRO on my Sega Genesis Model 2.
How are you phasing through the walls?
There's an exploit where you can move while you're in your peel-out animation by executing a set of inputs, which allows you to ignore collision. We dub this trick the MPO (Moving Peel-Out). There are many places in this game where phasing through the walls save time, so It's an extremely useful technique.

This is the only 2d, well actually the only sonic game until 06 I never played growing up and I feel like I would've enjoyed it but not as much as 3 and snk it feels slower and the animations and sounds don't quite look or give off the same feels.
