Haha, it's true!! I don't hit my goals every time, but even just the act of saying them out loud and giving myself a timeline helps me sooooo much when it comes to actually getting stuff done.
I’m at the start of my freelance career as well, with childrens book, licensing, and surface pattern design. I’m launching it by earning my MFA at University of Hartford. I’m setting up all the same things you are with branding, portfolio, website, etc. it’s so exciting! I am planning on adding the pattern design on the same sire, but with its own page with password protection. The business side is exciting and scary at the same time!
