Really wasn't expecting to see so much negativity here. Okay it's not as powerful as the final song on their debut, but it's still great. Yes it may be more palatable for a commercial audience, but the album is filled with riffs, wide spanning influences and experimentation like their debut. Not to mention Becca's vocal range is absolutely insane. This is a great british rock band we should cherish!
This is like a subtle wind washing everything lame away. I love this song, in particular seen against their more powerful, hardcore riffs. We need balance and a bit of soul and this offers that more than we can ever hope for.
This is absolutely fucking incredible! With their first album and this new album they have single-handedly saved and reinvented rock! I adore this band and how they have that magic chemistry of what they come up with together. Keep up that magic Marmozets!

I don't hate the songs of the new album, I think there's something for everyone. I didn't start with their EP music, which was too heavy for my liking but The Weird and Wonderful was like the perfect album and combinations of songs. This album, it's a hit and miss. Some songs are unique and I know I'll have them in repeat but others I might have to go back to. Might grow on me. I'm not gonna hate cause I know you guys are so much better and at least there's song I enjoy and that kickass. You guys are amazing and I'll support no matter what ❤

Marmozets can play something hard rocky as Move shake and hide, something soft and melodic like Captivate you and songs in between like this one...i fuckin hate people that think a band needs to be one dimensional...
people wanted another album filled with heavy tracks and although i also wanted the same, doesnt mean that i have to be disappointed with the direction they went in this album. This may be very different to first album but its still brilliant
but their first album was better so why make something worse? the energy, rawness, heaviness and freshness was what made them so great, now they just sound like any other generic guitar band.

I wanted some heavy riffage too, but I appreciate the direction they went in because it's fun. People change right? I think it's a good album, no more, no less but that's just my opinion.
@ all the people complaining this album's sound is more generic/commercial/radio-friendly - bands evolve, usually for the good but not always for everyone's tastes. and that's ok - i love bands' whose sound evolve and grows with them, and personally i'm really enjoying their new stuff - i'd imagine this song will be bigger and even better live. but you don't have to like their new stuff because their old stuff is still there for you to listen too. i know i'll be listening to both :)
People don't seem to realize this band was going to break up. I love the first album. For people who don't like this you can always listen to another English band Rolo Tomassi. The album is called "Grievances". A great band. Or Jinjer the " King of everything" album. Yes bands evolve with time, but in my opinion all of the songs from this album sound the same to me, just bland. Missing that energy and punch that they had before.

I mean when Imagine Dragons is the heaviest sound you are likely to encounter, Marmozets is a breath of fresh air. Curious what other bands the complainers are listening to. Yes, this is different. No, its not bad. Love it or hate it. Don´t be a fool and stay on this journey and lets all be part of something amazing. I say "something", because they are still young, they are still trying out new sounds, but most importantly is that they are having fun doing this. Thank goodness for stumble upons. Run With the Rhythm is a wonderful and powerful piece. I am 3 years too late to stumble upon this, yet it's still a joy to listen to this song.

It's their music not yours and if this is how they want it to sound then they should be allowed to do it without people losing their shit because they can't appreciate people changing. You explore sounds on your own when you have something cool to say and some cool sounds to make you record them. This is not it.
