    Nice information sir. I have one question. Which is best for property construction. Brick or concrete block?

      It is very difficult to give exact judgement between the bricks and blocks, because both has positive and negative sites but if engineer is good and has perfect knowledge then he can build very good construction with blocks.

    1) Is there any way to check whether the OC is received for the building/property or not?
    2) from where to get the exact status, if developer is saying that he has put up the file for the OC and due to unavoidable circumstances no one has visited the site for verification.

      Pranay ji,
      Point number one if somebody is telling you we have received the OC then you can ask for the OC certificate.
      Point number two, if anybody is telling you we have put the paper for OC then you can ask for the hundred percent construction done certificate which architect provide before OC.

      Mera question ye he ki me cidco room Lu ya nahi Bcoz it's goes 30 Lakhs all inclusive but area carpet Area kaam he aur clothes dry ke liya jagaha bhi nahi he, tho Kya karu, room Lu ya Hani, me soch rahi hu ki, Lu ya nahi pls suggest my budget is 25 Lakhs only can you suggest any property in this budget, it should be ready to move

      Neral is good location but it is not purely for investment. For long time it can be a give you good returns.

      In ulwe 1bhk start from 39 lac but ulwe is the best option.
      Apart from ulwe you you can think about Karajade and vadghar.
