    Love the tournament content but also nice to see the cash game videos. Keep up the good work, we all appreciate it. And I enjoy a little music in the background, it sparks it up a little bit and easier to watch.

    Great content today. Love the realism of how poker really is. Not as glamorous all the time and tough grind. Look forward to seeing more vlogs.

    That 5 6 suited was rough. Played at the WYNN a while back quickly learned the only things they fold are Lawn chairs. Pretty much no foldem holdem

    So I have a serious question for you lexy… I play small stake tourneys and whether it’s online or live i make the money a lot!! Like a lot a lot but my issue is I never really get past the min cash.. I need to learn how to make a deep final table run and finally win one these things !!

    You're definitely right to fold the JJ on T69TA there. You block flush draws, you double block most of the reasonable straight draws and there's no possible value hand you beat given that the ten paired. Plus draws should probably be shutting down on that run out a lot.

  • @brandonflowers3457
    @brandonflowers3457 Рік тому

    Idk the 56 hand not sure if I like the bet,bet,bet option. Even AK not sure if I would get 3 streets of value. The bet on the river seems like your narrowing range to only a full house. I like the flop bet, but picking up the flush draw Equity on the turn I think I would check. Then just give up on the river. But hey, sometimes you got to go for it.

  • @jppagetoo
    @jppagetoo Рік тому

    5c6c. I admire the three barrell bluff. Once they called the flop bet you were in trouble. The nit in me would have checked back the turn for the free card, but I get the second barrell, it wasn't a bad play. My spidey sense was tingling.. You knew you were dead on river. It takes guts to make that last bet. This is why small suited connectors are such trouble, if you miss, you have no way to win but pour money in the pot.

    6:23 in a 3way single opened pot, even kj kq qj will give up turn bet in general, cs they should and 88- too, so i wouldv not bet the river with this combo given the runout. there arent alot of combos u will get to fold with the ratio i guess

    I think on some of your hands you assume the other player is thinking on your level - that's the mistake. Many are just regular players who do not have the depth of knowledge about the game and position. Where you would raise a lot based on position, regular players would just call and then you get into trouble assuming their hand is not as good as they show on the river.

    • @JOJOMO443

    Hi Lexy. Loving the aggression you were showing in this session. Although, I think in the hand where you bet the 56s on the river, that it was fairly obvious that they had an Ace at that stage, that they didn't want to go crazy with, and would call down almost any bet. Or even say, a 10, if they were an non believer in you having an ace. Now, if you had been wearing some of your wonderful nail colouring, which I LOVE, then it might have worked! You know where you went wrong Lexy😊.

    For the life of me, I don’t know why you would play cash games in Vegas when there’s much better games anywhere in California. Places like LA, San Jose, and other parts of the Bay Area where people have gobs of money and love to gamble. Just saying.

    Hand from 11:30, the guy only has 26bb, aka $130 stack? I hate these shortstackers. They need to either top up to full stack or go play a tournament instead. I really dont understand shortstackers in cash games.
    On the flip side, at least he didnt have lot of chips to stack you when he bad beated u.
    Ffs, i hate these type of players. I rarely play cash games because if I'm playing, I'm carrying minimum of 3 full bullets of full stack of the table buyin. I'm a recreational player who only play poker when I go to Vegas. And if I go, I carry $1k and either play one session of 1/2 where buyin is $300 and top up anytime im short $20 from full stack or go play $60-$100 tournaments, sometimes $200 tournaments. My friend plays 2/5 where buyin is $1500 or plays $100-300 tournaments and carries $5k.
    I play poker for fun but if I play cash games, I hate playing short. When I see shortstackers, I like to straddle. I also find it funny when short stackers whine after losing. I one time raised to a straddled pot at 1/2 to $15 with 6d7d and shortstacker goes all in for $33 with pocket Aces. I call for $18 more. My 6d7d hit trip 7s on the river and shortstacker leaves all angry and talks about how terrible I am and how lucky i got. 😂 i literally told him "have a good night and make sure u tell all your friends about me. 😅"
