Love the tournament content but also nice to see the cash game videos. Keep up the good work, we all appreciate it. And I enjoy a little music in the background, it sparks it up a little bit and easier to watch.
Thank you!
Great content today. Love the realism of how poker really is. Not as glamorous all the time and tough grind. Look forward to seeing more vlogs.
Tysm Christopher!
I block king jack suited. Ugh. Great analogy.
That 5 6 suited was rough. Played at the WYNN a while back quickly learned the only things they fold are Lawn chairs. Pretty much no foldem holdem
Just my opinion, I would prefer the background music be gone. Your voice is all that is needed. 😃
Good to know! Appreciate the feedback
I agree. Miss having you guys in the Redding game. I'm not as lucky when Bob's not in the game!@@LexyGavinPoker
@@LexyGavinPoker I actually like the music, but I think the volume is a bit high if you decide to keep it. Either way, love the content.
I like the music.
Well, I said it was just my opinion. I also love the content!
coming to vegas for the next 4 nights. Hoping to see you, bob and a few other poker stars out there!
Unfortunately I probably won’t be in Vegas. Next time!
The cards may not have gone your way but that coffee looked delicious! Thanks again for always taking us along for the ride.
So I have a serious question for you lexy… I play small stake tourneys and whether it’s online or live i make the money a lot!! Like a lot a lot but my issue is I never really get past the min cash.. I need to learn how to make a deep final table run and finally win one these things !!
A+ great recording when i first saw you on bet rivers ladies night I thought you were a check and call player but golly you are aggressive😱
You're definitely right to fold the JJ on T69TA there. You block flush draws, you double block most of the reasonable straight draws and there's no possible value hand you beat given that the ten paired. Plus draws should probably be shutting down on that run out a lot.
Idk the 56 hand not sure if I like the bet, bet, bet option. Even AK not sure if I would get 3 streets of value. The bet on the river seems like your narrowing range to only a full house. I like the flop bet, but picking up the flush draw Equity on the turn I think I would check. Then just give up on the river. But hey, sometimes you got to go for it.
5c6c. I admire the three barrell bluff. Once they called the flop bet you were in trouble. The nit in me would have checked back the turn for the free card, but I get the second barrell, it wasn't a bad play. My spidey sense was tingling.. You knew you were dead on river. It takes guts to make that last bet. This is why small suited connectors are such trouble, if you miss, you have no way to win but pour money in the pot.
Yup! Thanks for watching!
Thank you Lexy for your content. I finally learned to leave when I am tired or tilting. You're a good mentor. Always #More Bob and have some rest and stay healthy guys.
You are always welcome!
Rough session. Sick cooler on the flopped straight.
😢
Nice video. Music during the action is quite distracting....
Good content, Lexy. Nice and realistic with good info. Cheers. Aussie Tim 😊
Thanks so much! 😊
6:23 in a 3way single opened pot, even kj kq qj will give up turn bet in general, cs they should and 88- too, so i wouldv not bet the river with this combo given the runout. there arent alot of combos u will get to fold with the ratio i guess
sb has no kk, qq etc in range, im pretty sure when u play live ppl play back more (than they should) axo so thats that igues
I think on some of your hands you assume the other player is thinking on your level - that's the mistake. Many are just regular players who do not have the depth of knowledge about the game and position. Where you would raise a lot based on position, regular players would just call and then you get into trouble assuming their hand is not as good as they show on the river.
I agree! And "regular players" are very sticky! They hate folding!
Yes maybe you’re right😊
love the channel but get rid of the annoying background elevator music. Its drowning you out
Hi Lex, keep up the good work 😊
Pocket jacks......does anyone ever win a hand with them? Tough session Lexy.Always tomorrow.
Hi Lexy. Loving the aggression you were showing in this session. Although, I think in the hand where you bet the 56s on the river, that it was fairly obvious that they had an Ace at that stage, that they didn't want to go crazy with, and would call down almost any bet. Or even say, a 10, if they were an non believer in you having an ace. Now, if you had been wearing some of your wonderful nail colouring, which I LOVE, then it might have worked! You know where you went wrong Lexy😊.
Haha! Thanks for watching.
Rough one.. I'm sure the next session will be better for you. Good luck you!
Thanks 👍😊
love the vid not so much the music when trying to study
GG Lexy. I'm glad you left when you felt tilted!!! Chasing a loss usually doesn't work. Great move. Good luck with your next session. 😊
I agree. Thanks Ian
The triple barrel was sick. Him calling all three streets with a shit ace was terrible. Not to mention flatting it from the small blind in the first place. Anyone else would have folded it assuming you had AK/AQ
Win or lose I enjoy your vlogs. Always seem to learn something each time (even when you continue commenting long). Good advice on quitting if you recognize you’re tilting
Thanks so much, Michael.
Siegels Bagelmania around the corner is great for breakfast
Good to know
On your pocket Jj hand. Did you think he was chasing an A to hit it on river ?
For the life of me, I don’t know why you would play cash games in Vegas when there’s much better games anywhere in California. Places like LA, San Jose, and other parts of the Bay Area where people have gobs of money and love to gamble. Just saying.
Should give up the 56 of clubs bluff unless your willing to go 2x overbet
I like the follow through so when you have the nuts..they will pay you off
THAT WAS A PUNT JS LOL
Love the content...cannot stand the backround music...
Beware of paired boards, sometimes they have it or have even better
Yes
GOOD MORNING AND GOOD LUCK TO YOU LEXY HAVE FUN TOO
Morning Joey!
GOOD MORNING LEXY
Yeah! Thanks @lexygavinmather for making my lunch hour for some great #moreLexy #moreorlessBOB @robertmather content! I hope one day you make us a vlog of your South American Vacation!
Aw Tysm!
Btw if he had j10 you could have stacked him if you bet 3 streets
i might just leave after the 56h hand
Ok that first hand really hurts
Right?!😅
U have to go all in period
Can someone explain why it’s called “hero”, please?
@@Pops1020ha!
I’m the hero in my poker life😊
And the villain is always the other player in the hand.
She calls me the villain frequently…

Hand from 11:30, the guy only has 26bb, aka $130 stack? I hate these shortstackers. They need to either top up to full stack or go play a tournament instead. I really dont understand shortstackers in cash games.
On the flip side, at least he didnt have lot of chips to stack you when he bad beated u.
Ffs, i hate these type of players. I rarely play cash games because if I'm playing, I'm carrying minimum of 3 full bullets of full stack of the table buyin. I'm a recreational player who only play poker when I go to Vegas. And if I go, I carry $1k and either play one session of 1/2 where buyin is $300 and top up anytime im short $20 from full stack or go play $60-$100 tournaments, sometimes $200 tournaments. My friend plays 2/5 where buyin is $1500 or plays $100-300 tournaments and carries $5k.
I play poker for fun but if I play cash games, I hate playing short. When I see shortstackers, I like to straddle. I also find it funny when short stackers whine after losing. I one time raised to a straddled pot at 1/2 to $15 with 6d7d and shortstacker goes all in for $33 with pocket Aces. I call for $18 more. My 6d7d hit trip 7s on the river and shortstacker leaves all angry and talks about how terrible I am and how lucky i got. 😂 i literally told him "have a good night and make sure u tell all your friends about me. 😅"
As hot ,funny and smart as ever. Great Video !
Morning Lexi and Bob thanks for the content as always have a great rest of your day
Same to you, Matthew!
Lose was?
How you went and Out with what sis..Get em next time
There was some button clicking and overthinking type of behavior this is a small game compared to what your skill level just giving my impression
And I’ll take it!
The 56 was crazy. You are so over explaining.
A bit too many uhs and ums
You did not play like "yourself". Hope all is well in your world.
In what way?
@@LexyGavinPoker Was not said as an insult. You just did not seem to be yourself, preoccupied if you will, stressed. Just a bad session, next one will be better I'm sure
@@fredbagley2097yes- should have stopped sooner!
Way way way too much explanation
You talk way to much throughout each hand
Get more hands in and talk less
Good ol open ender
Young people have ruined poker with these BS ranges. When you can no longer protect a real hand like pocket kings from 56 suited or 69 suited to a 3 bet; that's ridiculous!
lexy if you need coaching im available dm me
Just my opinion.. I prefer you not talk so much tryin to explain every single little detail
You talk too fast and your thoughts on poker dont make much sense. 😅
