- All My Children, 1994, Everyone watches as Brooke holds Dani. Brooke manages to embrace the moment rather than break down over it. After witnessing the closeness between Brooke and Edmund, Maria leaves the reception. Edmund follows her to the park, where Maria gives him back the engagement ring, and she calls of their pending wedding. All My Children does a great job at love/hate. At some point you'll love and hate each person in Pine Valley. At this point for me.

oh please. Edmund was always the one who couldn't draw back. He was always coming to Brooke, not the other way around. Can't stand Maria. Why would you marry someone who still loved his ex? He literally said his love for Maria didn't come near his love for Brooke. No comment on stupid Tad and Dixie. Writer's should have left Brooke out of that one. Fans turned on her because of their love for TnD.
