I keep faith. Even as I continue to struggle to support my children and myself I trust in you Jesus. Being a single mom things can be hard raising them alone. My husband passed years ago. Both of my children are autistic. I started homeschooling them last year and they are now thriving but unfortunately my hours to work are limited. I suffered a heart attack two years ago and Im battling lupus Lord I’m overwhelmed please heal me and give me strength. As I struggle to pay my rent each month and as I struggle to buy groceries. Honestly I want to give up. But I know God will make a way. Where there seems to be no way. I have faith! God has not forgotten me. Faith First!
The Lord is your husband, your provider, your sustenance. The effort you make for your children, despite your health, is admirable. I am a single mom as well, and I know what it means to struggle to provide a home, shelter, and food for your family. But amid my struggles, I have seen the faithful, merciful, compassionate Hand of my Father provide every single time. Do not despair, or give up! Your children are an inheritance, and your reward is great in knowing that the example you are setting for them in trusting the Lord, is something no one will ever take away from them. In our weakness, His power is displayed. When I am at the last of my strength, I just come to Him, because I know He hears me, every time, and He responds every time. It is His promise, that "after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you. (I Peter 5, 10). Our suffering seems to be set for our destruction, but the endurance and strength He gives us to overcome in victory is to His glory, always, and forever. His promise to His children is to restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish His covenant of love, the salvation of our souls, the assurance of our inheritance in Heaven, and the greatness of His grace, that keeps us going strong for Him. To Him be the glory, sister! I'll be praying for you, for I know our God is good and faithful, ALWAYS!

The Parable is different than the bags of gold I believe, it can be found in Luke 19:11-17

Yup. Can be saved and no good, or be saved and lose your way. Some of us have gone thru it, some of us are STILL going thru it, but making a conscious effort to change is better..
So long as those in alignment aren’t covertly attacking those trying to get into alignment, all is well.

Don’t forget the last verses here,Matthew 25:29-30
The unfaithful servant is thrown out into darkness. The one talent is a gift (offer of salvation) that when taken away leads back to damnation.
He is preaching in luke 19:11. Not Matthew 25

This passage and Luke 12:47 (below) scares me to get busy.
Luke 12:47 NIV - “The servant who knows the master’s will and does not get ready or does not do what the master wants will be beaten with many blows.
Tony I respect you and listen ed to your sermon. Even though it was embellished upon. Jesus did explain that his stories needed understanding. The master didn't reap what he sowed! Read it again! With a heart of love from yourself and a understanding of failure as a father. Your people will not respond nor will you. Truly your eyes will be opened and your wealth with be measured.

I think they should change the title to the parable of the 10 Minas cause it’s luke 19:11 not Matthew 25

Hmm, there is something that I have discovered by experience that I wish it wasn't there but it is though I stand to be corrected;
There was a certain great master who sent one of his servants on an errand to do something with his money and the servant immediately set out on his master's errand . On the way an enemy of this master hindered the errand by detaining and stripping him of everything except attire , saying we will not let him carry out his Lord's errand, and the issue came to ears of the master yet he did not break this servant out nor did his other servants;
after years of hard oppression, the master decided to judge this servant saying show me the results of my errand. What should be said about all those who behaves like this master?
We know salvation is not of ourselves, but this parable is confusing as it seems to suggest otherwise. Any thoughts?
If You can't Share The Gospel due To you Got Saved Recently, and Has an Infant Born Again Spirit, Not Able to Share The Gospel Yet, but you Want to Help The Kingdom of God, And Have Some Financial Resources to Share For The Kingdom, Then Help Those Who Are Doing The Work Of Our Lord Jesus, and Definitely you Will Earn Interest in that, Paid By Our Lord Jesus, The King Of Kings and Lord Of Lords.

The third man used an excuse to not do anything
Tony evans is wrong on this one. The third servant was not a Christian. Mathew 25:30 says that he was cast into the outer darkness where there will be weeping and nashing of teeth. In other words he went to hell. He was a tree that didn’t produce any fruit. Jesus said trees that don’t produce fruit are cut down and thrown into the fire.
No you are reading the wrong passage. He is teaching on Luke 19:11
I was confused too until someone corrected me also.
Cannot serve both God and money.
