I work in HR and it is not coming from us. The management usually come up with these ‘ideas’ to boast moral or help with team bonding etc … HR are there for the money too 😂 and management are usually men
2:20 When I applied to my old job I applied for evenings up to 12am. Somehow they dragged it to make me stay longer. Then the GM tried to give me a morning schedule and said some nonsense like its not fair to the other workers. I knew it wasn't going to be a long gig because mgmt drove away all the coworkers that I liked. They only ones left were more toxic that 3 mile island. I bounced. You can't take my precious time ESPECIALLY if I have plans.
