I wonder if this would work in my ShopSabre 23❓️
Well there you have it... a corken circle
A corcle or a cirken?
This technology is cutting edge!
You failed to maximize the use of production material. You're fired.
But i dont work here…. Well would you like a job starting today…. Well why wouldn’t i, YOURE FIRED - spongebob
Maybe he wanted a hole in the cork and not a circle made from cork🤷🏻♂️
Girl sends a man to buy coasters and he comes back with this, “babe we will literally never need to go out and buy coasters ever again!”
Worlds most expensive beer coaster
Gasket
Maaah! Eric's got his razer out here doing donuts again!
It sounds like it's impersonating an ambulance siren
Good ol' stepper motors 😁
This is why I like TMC drivers
I love CNC
You can do the same thing on cricket! Works great for making custom gaskets too
I love those dewalt carbide blades. lol
What would be the cost, can you share some details
Keep posting bro you got this
Oh wow 😮
A circle…you’ve reinvented the circle ⭕️👏
Look for donek cnc dragging adapter
Do you have to start so far into the material-
i need that to make gaskets lol
Thing SINGS to you in the process ! Sort of a "whistle while you work" kind of _thang_ !
When you discover Irwin blades instead of dewalt it will change your life 👍☘️
Amazing. I now have a house full of cork circles.
Try getting the offset right for this tool.
I have done it, I've even used it to cut leather parts that I drilled stitching and rivet holes into as well. Check out our recent long form content video on making a leather tool pouch.
imagination is greater than knowledge
Those some loud steppers/controller you got there
Oooh! That was THICK! Nice!
"Oh, that looks cool. Let me get that for my new desktop CNC . . . $269???"
What did you do today? I cut a hole in cork.
Sounded like Eve or eva from wall-e
Tick Tock Surgeons, your days are numbered.
So satisfying
Beautiful cutting 🎉🎉😊
AWESOME!!! A $5K machine to cut holes in cork!!!!And to think I am still cutting out coasters with a $3 utility knife! I am working way to hard......
$2 coaster on $50k machine 😂
It’s a miracle
Welp looks like my gasket budget got a lot cheaper.
Не знал что подставки под кружки так технологично производятся😅
Somebody please draw a shark face on that blade
Them steppers are screaming for some silent drivers
Dude that’s so easy to doo! Who can’t cut a perfect, exact circle in less than 10 seconds! Out rages now days.😂
You basically have a battle bot. Give it more weapons!
That was kinda cool
I'd rather use an end mill for better finish
You've never used a cnc before, I see.
Cork is easier to cut after it has been soaked, so find yourself a good cork soaker
I need this drag knife but it’s so expensive 😭
It works significantly better than any other drag knife I have tried!
Hey, you know he's doing something right. He's using dewalt razor blades.
Пользоваться циркулем: 😑
Пользоваться ЧПУ: 😏
Why not an xacto blade? Wouldn't that make for cleaner edges?
Nice cork
I’d like to peep that path.
It's just a simple profile tool path with a straight line lead in and lead out
Cork can also be cutted by laser, i have tried out.
When you get a useless skill to max level.
WHY DO I WANT ONE
I HAVE NO USE FOR THIS BUT I STILL WANT IT
The linkin park fans want that machine 💀
My name Kork.
They call me Korky.
Keep that razor blade away from Me!
Going off todays quality of blades.. You will need to swap around that blade for the next circle.. 😅
What software use for this cnc router 😊
Vectric
Seems like there'd be a better tool than a utility knife blade, especially when cutting circles.
It worked though. It even cuts leather.
So....don't know what else you want to argue about.
Cutting mirror pls
Bravo ! Nice !! i Love it
Have you ever soaked cork?
With a Stanley blade?
How many times in life i needed to cut something out of cork
Why not use the vacuum table for this? No small parts will move I think since the blade is so thin
Awesome question, I hope he answers you. I also want to know the answer.
I guessing it doesn't actually hold down and just let's the air pass through
The cork was bent up on the edges and there is a lot of exposed vacuum table without material, it didn't want to hold down very well. This was a better method to hold down this small piece.
Даже такому тонкому ножу материал сильно сопротивляться.
Чтобы прижать вакуумом, заготовка должна иметь размер стола, а пробка недешевый материал и при малых размерах вакуум вообще не работает.)
Физика.))
Harikasınız ❤❤❤❤
Cork is soft, you could just press a stencil into it
You just need to make a stencil first.
You got a stencil?
This has the same energy as "why 3d print when you can injection mold"
@@blastfiendsunite420yeah, lemme grab the cookie cutters
Why press a stencil when I can just cut it out with scissors?
You must be rich.
Stencil, HA!
That’s so fkn awesome:
Can you mount a vibracut knife on that machine
Yes.
Gaskets!!!!
What name of the biscuit ?
Am I the only one who thought it was sand?
What are you using for the azimuth commands? a preprocessor?
It's a drag knife, not a tangential cutter. Watch carefully at the start of the cut, it aligns itself.
Is it sapose to make those sounds?
Coaster?
I can use a cookie cutter to cut cork this accurate
Yeah, no.
That machine took my job! I cut cork for 20 years and all of a suden some geek writes code that puts me outside working a corner.
This is so inefficient its crazy, a dye/punch does this job in one swift hit, less than 0.1 seconds. He also starts so far into the material for what appears to be no reason wasting stock in the process. Its cool because it can be done, but that doesn't mean it *should* be done.
you better have nice legs, lol!!
@@i-_-am-_-g1467 You're missing the point. This is to be used for any low volume ad-hoc job of any shape. Obviously if you were doing mass production you'd do it a different way. It's like a 3d-printer vs injection molding.
@@i-_-am-_-g1467you really going to make a die punch for every size and shape you can think of? 😅😅😅
You're supposed to soak the cork before you cut it. My dad always said I was a good corksoaker.
Kreis > Tiefe Schnitt > Breite Klinge > poröses Material 😅😅😅😅😅
iron Man 😂
Nice
Good 👍
Its a circle!
The only thing I detest here is the blade choice. Any exacto would have been better.
つまり、コンピュータ制御で切り方は自由自在、ということですな🤔
cut it out man...
must be a big bottle
Вместо шпинделя шаговый стоит?😮
💯👌
أظن أنه الأنسب قطعها و هي مستوية على الجهة الأخرى
Que maquina bruta
Can u tell me what is the softweer u used to generate g code
Vectric
Whoever put PSA on that quarter inch MXA probably could have die cut those circles for you😂 Pretty dope cut tho
Вы ошиблись сударь 😂
Couldn't you just use a cookie cutter for that? Lmfao
You try first.
Cool
On a WHAT machine??👀👀💀
why to use a laser, right?
A laser will cause burning and likely a kerf.
Why does everything have to be fing asmr nowadays? Jesus. Meh it has to be 3.5 seconds, either satisfying, asmr, or both.
What a waste of material… next time cut near the edge…
Its a ccnc machine.
Cork trees and endangered so i hope you didn't waste that lol
