Ingredients:
1lb elbow macaroni
2 onions diced
3 cloves garlic minced
2 Pimento peppers chopped (seeds discarded)
1/2 Cup butter
1/2 Cup Flour
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Maggie All Purpose Seasoning
Adobo All Purpose Seasoning
Chili Powder
Smoked Paprika
Parsley (for garnish)
1 Tbsp Mustard
2 Cans evaporated Milk
Bake @ 350 degrees for 25 minutes, then under the broiler for 5-10 minutes.
