On my 2008 E350 4 Matic you have to go into the main screen push time and scroll up or down for the hour minute, and the hand will move,it's different from the model you are showing.

"Main screen" meaning = the screen from the Radio
SYS-Button and there is the Time-Menu

Put the key in the first position, click little thing next to the fuel level three times (the one which makes the display more bright or dark). You should see voltage screen, then click arrow up and turn the key into second position (middle one). I hope that helped, sorry for bad english
