Same think happened to me also, this usually happens because of the people in petrol bunks fills the petrol in full pressure, their petrol gun has 3 pressure settings slow, medium and fast. Fast is like full pressure, which is for cars but the people in petrol station fill bikes as well with full pressure. Next time when you fill petrol ask the person to put the fuel in slow speed.
Even i faced the same issue when i bought my bike from F3 few days it was fine but then fuel tank started leaking... I have informed them regarding the issue they offered me repairs but rather repairing changing tank was better idea i felt... which costed me 9.5k in honda service center.. TC and do a complete check before ur touring plans... all the best... cheers 😃

That's why never buy used bikes ! My friend baught 2014 Duke and had to literally rebuild the engine and did chasis modification etc etc , he paid 1.2laks on pre-owned Duke had almost spent 2laks on re-build and other modification and still the bike requires heavy mentainance . Buying a pre-owned ktm are risk since they make high compression engine which are great in performance and nothing can come close to the thrill and adrenaline you get on ktm but you need pamper them and maintain them regularly to get everything out of it.
Bhai jab itna bike ko use Karna tha, toh new bike would have made much more sense.. Anyway u haven't spent less getting this one... But life is full of experiences 😅

Bs3 model is the most raw till date& with most raw power. Anyway the biggest problem till date is the air filter box cracking , which made me change my piston rings and whole cylinder kit once (costed around 30k), other problems - injector, starter motor, rear shocker & what not little things. Only downside i feel its braking even after ebc brake pads , bs3 brakes are low due to smaller front disc. Ive bought it for 1.5 lac - 14000kms ridden & believe me all i think is i could have bought it new. 390’s are not a thing to buy second hand. @arya u , bro you must also check your air filter box if its cracked then get it repaired or else it will cost you a freaking thousands !
