Aloha! Mahalo for posting one of my favorite episodes from this show! Watching this show as a kid, then being able to fish against these Legends of Hilo Casting Club was a dream to me. Meeting them in person and being able to tell these guys how much they inspired me was everything back in those days. Although there are literally hundreds of great episodes, I especially loved the episode where Mike went fishing with Legendary Waterman Tiger Espere down in Kawaihae. The Malana High trip along the Hamakua Coast was another one too. Mahalo for bringing some of the show back, can't wait to see more uploads!
I remember when I was young I looked forward to watching Mike every week... man he was da bombe him and harry oshima I think that's his name home to see more episodes of unko mike....
would love to see other old castings clubs of the past..like the kona coast casting club & Big island casting clubs.. they made several of them & those where some exciting times waiting on khon2 on sunday evening's... miss mike & cal, guys where on point!
