If I get bored with lifting...I just run a lot more.
The Yoke carries seemed to help my running.

So what would the ideal programming be? Like 2sets for the steps ups and split squats?

How much can I ran per week without hurting my gains in the gym? 1 mile at 15 minutes a day good?

Ask yourself why you want to run. What benefits do you want from it?

Just finally reached 10 percent BF after years of yo yo dieting on a bodybuilding plan and diet. Going to add running in the evenings to the mix with my daughters so I don’t fuck with family time

@@pinksupremacy6076 flexible dieting. Took 600 cals off of my maintenance and incrementally 50-100 cals when I would stall with weight loss. I included a refeed day every Saturday back to my normal maintenance of 3000 cals. PPL split 6 days a week and cardio 7 days a week which was just uphill walking on a treadmill between 30-60 mins depending on how I felt. I made anabolic pizzas, burritos, cheesecake and ice cream almost every day and hit close to my macros. It’s simple on paper but mentally you have to find tricks and what works for you.

Homie thinks he's special because he thinks he runs and lifts, so many people do it. Stop making it your identity

He is kind of right though. The guy in the video is not "a runner" og "a lifter" he is just a guy that runs and lifts. Nothing wrong with being average.
