15:20 bruh no hahaha your followers in Morrowind are the "summons" so much better than Skyrim and oblivions....
Morrowind is the "GOAT" in that comparison Morrowind is the reason in oblivion and Skyrim you can only get what 1 or 2 summons... Very very few... I remember playing Morrowind and summoning armies and walking into towns to massacre everyone I'm talking like 30 - 60 summons walking into (well "levitating" in my case) the main town watching your summons and guards battle......
So sad I didn't get to see you find the dead old man on the path going left out of the spawn town......
His pants👖👖👖👖👖 alone break the game.....
      So many memories...
FYI yes you can kill shop keepers loot all their inventory and use their main chest as infinite storage bins until eventually they get to full and crash your game beyond repair everytime you try and load one up

Here's some good Morrowind advice: Yes, spell-chance is affected by fatigue. _Everything_ is affected by fatigue - even things like barter prices.

The red bar doesn't show durability, the red bar shows the chance of you hitting something. I.E. why your spell also has that bar

While not looking like the most realistic TES game, Morrowind is by far the most realistic TES game and VR proves it

The Blades are the reason the empire failed. The Blades protect the Emperor, the Emperor trusts the Blades, but the Blades are allied with the Thieves Guide. It's a prime example of the law defeating itself. Akatosh is all about maintaining order and with this circle of chaos that is the Blades, Emperor and Thieves Guide, that order is disrupted. This is really why I hate the Blades so much. The failure of the Empire and the death of the Emperor really is their fault. On top of all this, their existence made the Emperor weak. The Emperor should have been able to defend himself without having to rely on the Blades. Uriel Septim VII didn't even know a single Dragon Shout.

Shame the skirt wasn't tartan. That would have suited you nicely.
The combat put me right off when I played it. Couldn't hit an enemy right in front of me. You got further than I did...:D

it's kinda supposed to be that way. Think about it, you're a nobody who isn't really good at much. Especially if you didn't optimize your class selection well, you may suck even more than that
What you're supposed to do is persist through this, and as you do make actual hits, you level that skill, and you very quickly start missing less and less as you become more skilled.
The trick early game is manage your fatigue. The more fatigued you are the less likely you are to land hits. Your Luck stat also plays into this.
And this only makes sense. Your character knows very little about combat and the person you're fighting may know quite abit. It makes perfect sense that it would be difficult to land a hit on someone who is more skilled than you

Yes, magic is tied to fatigue
    EVERYTHING is tied to fatigue
If you are not skilled in that magic school, chances are you'll have shit luck at making your spells work when fatigued
