Wow! Crazy! This was me and my ex wife’s wedding song! That was in the early- 1980s way before anyone outside of the underground goth and new wave kids knew them!
I usually don't do slow ballad/chick tunes because, well I'm a guy😁but I've always loved this song since when it first came out. It Home and The Bottom Line are in my Top 3 Martin songs.
Sounds like you’re a fan of the darker late ‘Ultra’ era Depeche. It’s great but for me they were at their peak pre- Violator. Having said that they performed Home on the recent tour and it was powerful. Please do subscribe.
That live video never fails to bring me to tears!

They’re not mutually exclusive! I’m sure Taylor’s a fan of this song too.
@PianoDanny Oh I agree!
Somebody is a beautifully written and composed song

It’s the perfect wedding song. Not over-sentimental. Just direct and honest.
How beautiful tho as a wedding song ❤

Beautiful song. My ex wife walked down the isle to this song when we got married.
