Very straightforward. Where was this when I was in C1/C2 in Humber's Real Estate Program? haha - One of the biggest fails I found in our program was the lack of teachers/recorded lectures like this especially when a legit COLLEGE took over. I digress. Future agents are going to find this so helpful. Congrats on providing value!
Hey thanks for that Garrett! Yea true, some of the SIMS teachers are really good (especially the commercial ones I had) if they could do some video tutorials that can go into the material it would help me for sure. Maybe not everyone learns the best from video but still. Cheers man 👍
I do not know where to start from, I am in my 1st Year of Real Estate and I must say that I still come back and watch your videos for more knowelege and to educate my clients as we all should. Thank you for taking the time to make all these great learning videos.
Very informative and straight to the point. Need not to stare at the 50 or more slides which mostly has the same repetitive information. Rather listening to your video helped me summarize everything in 10 minutes. Thank you for your time and effort. Please continue to upload more such helpful videos.
Hey Milena! Glad it helped! I'm hoping I can keep them up. I have got an email from OREA saying I will have to remove them. The lady was very nice on the phone though. See what happens.
Hey Callum, Thanks for all your assistance as always! I had a question regarding the MLS LISTING FORM where they require certain information about the property for example forced air, sq footage, and other info, where can I find this information to fill out the listing form? Thanks again!
Hey so if you can't find all the information you need from the backend of the listing you can try a few things. Call the listing agent, Geowarehouse, or MPAC to name a few. Possibly even talk to you Broker and ask if your board does require it all. Some may be able to be left blank.
Very helpful! Unclear though, can this agreement be filled out and everything signed and dated before the commencement / actual planned future listing date?
Glad it helped. The agreement can be signed well before the listing goes life. However once you are within 72 hours of it going live on the MLS you will have them initial the agreement and most likely a Datasheet depending on your board.
@@CallumMoorekw Thank you! So I would basically change the dates later on and get them to initial? Or do I still fill out the commencing date as the actual date of listing and just get them to initial elsewhere right before it goes live?
@@camtyler896 The commencement date can still be signed at the time of the meeting as generally some form of action and planning will begin. At this point you can get them to initial the exclusive section at the very top. Then once everything is ready and you are within 72 hours you will get them to initial the MLS section also at the top before it goes live. 👍
The lease listing agreement for Designated Representation (99% of us are Designated Rep) is the 272. If you need how to fill out and not just that but how to get way more clients this is the course you want. And this is a value link for all UA-cam subscribers. - callummoore.podia.com/lease-real-estate-mastery?coupon=1TIME-197
@@KingTMr If you are designated representation you will use the 271. Only difference is 1 line where you add your name and they attach a Sch A. The preprinted clauses I discuss in this video are the same.
very helpful info, thanks for your time, I got a question for you if I signed a listing agreement form with a salesperson, can I cancel it before it expires, if so will that allow me to sign a listing agreement with another agent without paying commission to the first brokerage?
Hey glad it helped Wali. 👍 Yes the time you have agreed to work with the first agent is definitely a factor. Right now it sounds like you have a contract in place. You will have to talk to them about cancelling it.
They would be in a multiple representation situation if they are representing 2 buyers putting in offers for the same property yes. 2 sellers though, what do you mean by that?
Hey you'll want to use the form 400. I'll link to my OREA Forms playlist. You can bookmark it. I think the Agreement to Lease is the 5th down in yellow. 👍 Playlist here - ua-cam.com/play/PLPfRL3sHkwIf7TsRqjS07g6qKakJuFkgV.html
If a seller signs an exclusive listing and sold within exp realty brokerage to a buyer client represented by another salesperson wouldn't that be multiple representation that we try to avoid?
Under REBBA. That would be one brokerage and that would be multiple representation yes. If you are still in the Humber Program at the time of this comment (Dec 2023). The TRESA changes won't take effect into the Humber material until spring or summer of 2024. If you are an established Agent, things have changed via TRESA. If those two Agents are representing their clients under Designated Representation, they would NOT be in multiple representation.
You make the best videos! Can't thank you enough. Quick question - do you by chance know how to access the OREA forms from the modules through humber? I was relying on Google but a number of those forms required a paid membership
Glad they help! I’m not sure actually. Can you? So yes once you’re a Realtor you will access them through WEBForms. There might be certain slides that let you download them. Not 100% on getting them through Humber.
Hey Shiwali. Although I do know people that have pass the entire course only using The Exam Master Mini Courses I always 100% suggest coupling it with the Humber material. Use it as an extra to help you pass. 👍
Hey lol. I'm going to say... probably similar. At the very least you got 90% of what you'll see with this vid. 👍Couple pre-printed might be a little different but the core will be the same.

They would be in a multiple representation situation if they are representing 2 buyers putting in offers for the same property yes. 2 sellers though, what do you mean by that?
@@CallumMoorekw yeh that’s true and sorry I just meant 2 buyers

I use WEBForms & Authentisign. I have a recent video on Authentisign actually.
