That quote by Lilith truly resonated with me after I changed "past" and "future" the other way around. These past few months I have been almost only looking into the past and going over what happened this past year. It's so suffocating but it's also hard to stop. Lilith's quote made me go like "oh, that is actually so unfair to myself that I'm only looking at the awful things that happened and not believing that good things could be coming". 🌱 Your videos have actually been helping me these past few days. I was sick and trapped alone inside my apartment, with my thoughts only, and that did not do nice things to my brain... 😅 I have been watching your older videos and they keep reminding that time passes; that things and situations pass. So thank you for sharing your life with us !! To you Annabelle and also to everyone else who is reading this, you're a precious human being and I hope your year 2025 is full of love and success. ❤
I love how a lot of my favourite creators are all getting more into self awareness and self love practices. It's great to see others also work on themselves and share it with us. You're doing so well Annabelle! Thank you
honestly i love the change to Life of Pyper! it welcomes a new chapter in your life for you! also idk if i've just never noticed before but i love the gigantic pair of scissors on the wall LOL. hope the new year is treating you well so far
🌟Such a needed video, I can relate to this SO much 😭! My goal for 2025 is prioritizing my needs and health. I told myself I’m no longer rushing through my day doing a bunch of things just so that I can be deemed “successful” by myself or others. I’m learning to trust that as long as I give it my best, I can rest knowing that’s enough without burning myself out. ✨Wishing you a healthy, and happy year 💓.
Oh Annabelle/Pyper, your videos bring me so much calm and joy. Thank you so much for sharing! I've followed you since you moved into your college dorm at art school or so. Used to re-watch it to shreds. Thanks for sticking around on UA-cam
ohh your area on lilith's quote and looking at the past vs future reminds me of a Knowledge Project episode i listened to with Todd Herman!! he talks about how the past accomplishments are like our poker chips and not to deny ourselves the chips we've earned
It’s so lovely to see you tending to yourself! I’m also trying to practice taking care of the little big things like sleep/eating/moving and I actually started doing qigong last December-I love they it connects breath to movement :’)
I think that trying to find balance between setting goals for the future and reflecting on the past is truly found in being intentional in the present. “Intention is not about what you’ll get in the future, it’s what you’ll do in the present, because that’s really all we can control… who we will be in each moment” ~Ryder Carroll Setting intentions and being aware of where I am in the present moment (body, mind and spirit) has helped so much with my anxiety. How does my body feel in this moment, what emotions am I experiencing in this moment, and what can I do for myself in this moment to shift things if I’m feeling unwell
I recently discovered your channel this December! I watch these while I'm working on my art. Can really relate to the ideas about meeting your basic needs first, I can honesty tend to neglect this when I get busy, so this video was a nice reminder. Also, red is def your color.
Damn Annabelle we have the same personal goals for this. Definetly trying to improve my work/life/health balance and really priorityzing my health this year. My favourite book this year is called "O que é ser uma escritora negra hoje, de acordo comigo" which is a portuguese book by Djaimilia Pereira de Almeida. I love her writing so so much. Thank you for your recommendation! It sounded really intersting to read about the ego
