Momotaro is closer to Kintaro when he is in the room, so he has more chances to touch Kintaro.
Of course, Momotaro gently touches Kintaro so as not to hurt him.
And finally the zoo will reopen from tomorrow.
But I can't see the gorillas' room yet, so I can only shoot outside videos.So please enjoy the inside of the room only with old videos.

The gorillas spend their time in the room from evening to morning.
After the breakfast is ready, the gorillas go out.
The zookeeper then cleans the room..

⭐️モモタロウ Momotaro ♂(2000/7/3)
momotaro was born at Ueno zoo in Tokyo on jul.3,2000 and came to our zoo on Oct.18,2010.
He is beautiful and handsome ,the silverback of our troop.
He is a little timid,and scared of new things.
He sometimes shows lovely behaviors that melt our hearts.
He is making efforts to be a good dad for his two sons.
⭐️ゲンキ Genki ♀(1986/6/24)
Genki was born at our zoo on Jun,24,1986.
After mating with several males without a pregnancy she found her perfect partner Momotaro.
Now she is a loving and caring mom for her two sons.
She sometimes behaves boldly,yet she can also be sensitive.
Genki has a cute face with shining eyes.
⭐️ゲンタロウ Gentaro ♂(2011/12/21))
Gentaro was born at our zoo on Dec.21,2011,as Momotaro and Genki's first son.
Unfortunately Genki didn't have enough milk,so he was nursed by keepers for his first 10.5 months.
Now he loves his mom,and his face really looks like her.
He also loves people .
Everyone immediately agrees that he is a very adorable boy.
⭐️キンタロウ Kintaro ♂(2018/12/19)
Kintaro was born at our zoo on Dec.19,2018.
He has big bright eyes and long eyebrows.
He is growing fine ,being loved by his parents and brother.
He love to play by himself,with his father.
He is still small, but smart and strong-willed.
His cute appearance and behavior attract everyone's interest.

基本、動物界は父親は子育てしねぇ〜よ。
メスはオスに子育て任せようとはしない。
人間と何も変わらない。お父さんの触り方は本当にやさしくて子供の甘え方もかわいくて、本当に何ら人間と変わらない。
4:10くらいで、赤ちゃんに恐る恐る触ろうと手を出したら赤ちゃんが離れていっちゃって、お父さん少ししょんぼりしてるのがたまらん。
このパパゴリラ人間みたいですよね。
前行ったとき、ポージングしてずっとお客さんたちに写真撮らせてた。

初めは可愛いなぁって観てたけど結構動画長いからずっと観てたらこれがジャングルとかだったらもっと楽しい遊び沢山出来たんかなぁってなんかふと思ってしまいました。
自分も同じこと思いましたが、同時にジャングルだと危険もいっぱいで
こんなノホホンとしてられないから、これはこれで幸せなんじゃないかと勝手に思ったりしてます。

Momo's hand is as big as Kintaro's entire body, yet he's super gentle with his son. Very adorable!! But these poor adults look bored to tears. Not much for them to do enrichment wise.❤️

I love this gorilla family.
However, they are being kept in an enclosure that is merely a large prison that does not even resemble a natural environment. Their intelligence is unthinkably and tragically stymied. It is a sin and they deserve so much more. They are the sweetest gorillas!

@@crimzinchainz6562yeah, by no means am I excusing them being in captivity but for the most part even in the wild, what you see them doing here while ofc not even remotely resembling or imitating their natural habitat is what they do there. The youngsters horseplay, climb about, roll around and the adults and alpha basically eat and supervise and move eventually, rinse lather and repeat.

@@crimzinchainz6562 I think it’s unethical to keep any species with spindal neurons, and especially who can pass the mirror test, are aware of their own sense of self in captivity. I do lean towards it being unethical to keep species who aren’t self aware or aren’t highly social or intelligent because only a handful of species have developed spindal neurons or can pass the mirror test including domesticated animals such as dogs and cats but I think that aside there is absolutely zero valid argument to make for keeping self aware, social, emotional animals in captivity. This enclosure is entirely too small, it’s not even remotely similar to their natural habitat and I’m sure there are plenty of negatives to their lives from being in captivity , that said and I’m not playing devils advocate, boredom I don’t know or think is really an issue here as honestly the way this family interacted is essentially how they do in the wild…youngsters rolling around, beating their chest, horse playing and climbing and wrestling with doting, but extremely lazy parents watching them, occasionally joining in, but mostly just lazing about.

The baby is just too cute. The adults look so incredibly bored.
I love that initial look he gives the baby. That playful "what do you want?" that dads do. Has that stoic "I'm enjoying this but I can't let anyone see that I am so I'll just stand here looking indifferent but secretly loving this!" attitude about him.

I am seeing a lot of comments of people saying that this is their zoo enclosure. It is not. This actually looks like the holding pen or night pen where animals in zoos are kept when not on display during the day. Watch the show, the zoo and you will see areas like this used to hold animals at night. You can clearly see a door into the holding area at 8:20. These areas are very important as they allow keepers to monitor the health and well-being of animals in their care, protect them from weather they were not built to tolerate, and keep the animals safe from poachers (Yes, animals in zoos can and are poached too. There are several news headlines of animals stolen from zoos around the world.). These enclosures also allow keepers to be safe when adding items for mental stimulation into the larger natural day time enclosures and checking the enclosures for any safety concerns , by adding a barrier between the keepers and the animals. It is unknown why these gorillas are in the holding area without further details, but it is unlikely that they are being abused.

When I open my YT, I have gorillas everywhere, because I love them so much. I can't hold my emotions, when I see similar videos.They are so noble, intelligent. When I watch them - I can't say - they are animals or apes. They are human!

Momotaro's various facial expressions throughout seem to indicate a rather gentle paternal pride - he reaches out and touches Kintarowith with what seems to be a curious fondness. Monotaro's reactions to Kintaro are quite simply beautifully peaceful to watch..

@@sosoc2616gorillas are filthy animals. This is what their lives are like everywhere, crapping all over the place. They dont bury their poop like other animals do. They also like to throw their poop around as toys and drink their own urine. They very much are not humans. They look similar and are somewhat intelligent but in most other ways they arent like us.
